Miss Ladybugs Diary

Hi ya. :waving:

Welcome Back. :grouphug:

I'm back to..lol..

I'm fatter than ever and I'm a working woman now.. lmbo!
I'm lovin' my job though! ;)

How are ya lovin' the heat we share? :willy_nilly: :puke:

I'm so ready for FALL/WINTER!! :biggrinjester:

I'm glad you are doing well and helping others to! :)

Hey Ladybuggy!
So glad to see that your back with us! LOL
I missed you immensly.
You are so not allowed to go away like that again! LOL :biggrinjester:
Glad to hear that things are going well in your neck of the country. We have been having an absolute beautiful summer. Only had 2 days in the 90's all the rest have been mid to upper 80's. I could get used to that!!!
I am growing tom's too! My first year trying it. Got a whole bunch but none of them have reddened up yet. My luck they will all do it at the same time and I will be swimming in them before it is all said and done.
Jump on that scale and tell us how you did all summer!
There is no way I could go all summer without weighing myself.
I am so jealous you have a pool. :(
I can't even get dh talked into one of those crock pot pools. You know the kind that as you put the water in the sides go up.
He says that they are ugly and we (he LOL) don't want to ruin the lawn.
Oh well.
There is always the sprinkler with my kids.
Catch ya later!

Hello Everyone!!
Well satellite is up and working and I've spent several hours this weekend watching the Olympics and getting more pumped on my own work outs for next week. LOL funny how watching others work their ass off will do that too you.

The weather was funny this weekend, we had temps in the 90's but today it actually rained off and on all day. I didn't spend to much time outside, but I cut my dogs hair, he looks cute again. LOL and I cut up a watermelon and munched out on that... mmmmmmmm~!~~

This morning I put a roast in the crock pot and it's been cooking all day with carrots, potatoes, onions and seasonings, smells delicious and it's almost ready, you know I don't eat red meat, so I'll be eating some of the veggies instead and some watermelon, blueberries and strawberries, mmmm I'm hungry already.

Not much else to report for the day, So I'll go check in on some diary's and see what's been going on. Oh yeah, I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and then let you all know how I've been this summer. WOOhoo, like I'm looking forward to that. NOT!!!!!!

Well, Later Gator!! have a good rest of your weekend
Kim

Oooooh I can't wait to find out how you did this summer. Unfortunately for me I won't know until Wednesday 'cuz we're going camping. *fingers crossed for ya*
I am sure that you did fab~tab~u~lous!
You just gotta love crock pots!
We do roasts the same way! LOL
I have been trying to keep up with the Olympics but every time I have turned it on, I keep getting Water-Polo or Soccer. LOL :smilielol5:
Not exactly my favorite summer sports activities.
Well gotta go pack for the camping!
Ciao

I did not know that you don't eat red meat. I love a good roast, but usually only on Sunday afternoons....or cold winter weekdays.

I am glad you got your satellite fixed, but I don't know how you have time to watch it with as busy as you are these days!

As for Olympics, DID YOU SEE THE MEN'S 4 x 100 SWIMMING RELAY!!??!! It was super fantastic! My husband and I were screaming like we were there! lol It was great. I love the Olympics...I should have been an olympian, then I would not have this weight to lose.lol.

Hope you are having a great day.

Well, I wish I could say I'm down 3 pounds, but I should have known by the lack of gym time and just the swimming wouldn't cut it for me, I'm back to the gym today!! I'll be working my ASS off again, I'm more pumped then ever. I jumped on the scale this morning and ummmm I'm up 3 pounds from my last posted weight here which puts me back up to 170, HOLY SMOKES! See what can happen when your not paying attention for 8 weeks. It's back to the HARD AND LONG work outs, that seems to be the only way I ever loose anything. And I will be down to 160 by the end of this month, mark my words on that! I've already started an excellent eating plan as of last week, more fruit, veggies and fish! Oh and Chicken breast grilled on the barbie tonight! For lunch I'm only eating either a weight watcher meal or a 99% fat free turkey sandwich with mustard, lettuce and tomato only!!! fresh fruit to snack ONLY -today it's grapes, yesterday it was watermelon and blueberries. And I have a fat free yogurt if I get really hungry in the afternoons. Okay, I'm holding myself accountable, and I want you all to see that I WILL be at 160 by August 31st OR ELSE! hmmmmmm or else I'll post bikini pic's of myself on here, and well you ALL know I don't want to do that, so there that's my test to myself. :iagree:

Well, I'll try to get by some diary's today!! LATER EVERYONE! Oh, and this is strange, I'm fitting into 9-10's with no problem now, so how could I put on weight and still wear my smaller clothes/????? Inquiring minds want to know, because I'm so stumped on this one.

Oooh, I saw that relay! That was soo freaking awesome. Stuck it right up the French we did. That'll teach em to talk trash about us. :D I couldn't believe how fast everyone swam. The first 5 teams to finish broke the previous world record. Incredible!:hurray:

I agree Kim, that watching the olympics makes me want to work out harder, too..lol. I've been getting on my bike while watching them. Last night was men's gymnatics. So happy they pulled off the bronze. :hurray:

Sorry about the gain, but if your clothes are fitting better, perhaps you've gained some muscle and not fat--swimming's supposed to be good for that. ;)

Well, another good day yesterday!! I ate VERY WELL. Mainly all fruits and veggies, and then when I got home we grilled up some chicken breasts that I marinated for two days, they were FANTASTIC!

I went to the gym and busted BUTT! I ran on the elliptical and burned 450 calories, then went right over to the bike and rode 6 miles and burned another 300 calories, it was FANTASTIC!

I'm going to do an every other day at the gym thing and see if that doesn't start me burning again. They anticipate rain for Thursday, Friday and Saturday so no swimming will be going on during all that!

I feel good today, I'm satisfied that I've stuck to my guns on the eating, I've worked out hard and I'm doing what needs to be done.

Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary, but we are not doing anything until this weekend, we are spending all day Saturday together and going out to a very fancy smancy place for dinner, I'm hoping to get a wonderful grilled salmon dinner and veggies, I won't eat any lunch so I can eat well for dinner and enjoy a nice glass of wine with it or two. LOL LOL I know my priority. LOL

Well, I better get going I'm currently at work and really trying to meet a deadline I set for myself on some audits. Take Care everyone!!
HUGS AND LOVE!
Kim :hurray::cheers2:

Sounds like you have a great plan Kim. :)

I'm sure you'll see the 160 mark very soon!

Have A Goal Reachin' Day. ;)

Thanks TEXAS sunshine!! I need to run by your diary and see wha'ts been going on in your neck of the woods. I really feel powerful again and like I can get to my goal in no time, I'm very determined and focused! YEAH!

7-10 pounds by the end of the month?? Holy geezus woman!!! I know you're a fiend in the gym--be sure and get some damn resistance training, all that cardio needs to be balanced! Trust me! Glad to hear you got an excellent eating program started. I know you always ate very well. Take care, have a good anniversary! HUGS!

:hug2:

You are great at Goal Reachin', so I see no problem! :D

You'll do it. :hurray:

VBF, your so funny!! yeah, I can lose 7 pounds by the end of the month without really going to extreme, I just have to remain focused and determined. So far so good, I worked out hard again last night, I ran on the track, I ran on the elliptical and I rode 7 miles on the bike. It felt great! Well considering I had no desire to go to the gym in the first place, I'm glad I had agreat workout. Yesterday was my wedding anniversary, we are actually doing dinner and spending the day together Saturday, so we didn't do much. He gave me some wonderful gifts and I sent him a great chocolate basket to his work, it was all good!! I ate very well ALL week long, I'm so proud of myself. I've stayed balanced in all food areas and I'm eating a LOT more fresh fruit and veggies and fish. For some reason I'm really loving a good salmon these days, I used to HATE fish with a passion, except for shell fish, I love shrimp and lobster etc... but fresh water fish, NEVER liked it, until I got ahold of some wonderful salmon that was grilled to perfection and now I can't get enough of it. LOL LOL Funny how we change in time.

Today, I'm eating super good, I had cheerios this morning with 2% milk, for snack fat free yogurt, and lunch weight watcher meal. Dinner, SALAD and 99% fat free turket, with FF raspberry vinegar dressing. MMMMM love it! Oh and I'll probably hog down some watermelon, I've had the best pick of watermelon lately I can't believe how good it is. Tonight is my day off of working out, so I'll probably hang with the hubby and watch more Olympics. GO USA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well everyone have a very wonderful rest of your Friday and even better ass kicking weekend. I'll weigh in on Monday morning and give you all the scoop, I know I'll see results this time, I feel it already. YEAH!!!!!!!!! later everyone
Hugs and Love

I am so happy!!!! :beating:

I had a great anniversary, and a very nice weekend as well. It's been rainy here the past few days, so I've spent a lot of time inside! Weight is going well, the inches are slowly going away again, YEA!!!!!!!!!!! the weight is following suit too. I'm trying not to weigh in every week, it just gets to me and I get obsessed with it, and I think about it all the time.

I've eaten like a champ the past few weeks and I couldn't be more proud of myself. I've been going to the gym, I'm doing every other day now, to see if the breaks between do anything to help speed things up.

I've been craving light turkey breast and have began adding it to my salads at dinner time, it's so good! You know I'm a chicken freak, so I'm trying to get a little more worldly. LOL LOL
For my anniversary dinner we went to Italian food, they had this "new" item on the menu, that my hubby pointed out to me, it was a huge grilled chicken breast, with honey basalmic vinegar dressing on the top, it came with a side of steamed asparagus and brocolli, it was FANTASTIC. it showed on the menu that it only had a total of 500 calories per plate and 6 fat grams, I took over half home, so I did very, very well. you know I had to leave room for a nice glass of Cabernet.

Well, not much else going on, I'm currently at work running some audits, but wanted to make sure that I posted something before to many days went by. Not sure if I'm going to the gym tonight or not, if not I'll be sure to ride the bike at home before I eat my dinner. CHOW EvERYONE!!
