If kickboxing comes anywhere near a martial arts workout, a good sports bra is a must have!
I always wore some good support shorts too (the under armour brand) - because I didn't want anything jiggling. ;)
 
Alright!! Now we just have to get Claud on board. I think we should call out team the MILFs. Lol!

YEAH, let's get Cita on board NOW!!! I think we are certainly in a league of our own that's for sure!! we all bust butt and still have a hard time losing the weight, I'm going to do whatever it takes to bust off 10 lbs this month, you watch!!!

Yeah, it's similar to martial arts, just no chopping movements, a lot of fast jumping jacks and leg lifts and of course punching. It's really hard and not as much fun in the breast department. But it is a great workout!

Not all martial arts has "karate" chops. ;) I was involved in a martial art called Tang Soo Do for about 4 yrs. But then ds and I got burned out and decided we wanted to free up our time. Of course some days I wish I had stayed the course. I would be so awesome by now! :D

I know I was being funny I took Twekwondo with my sons for some time, it was real good for me! I looked really good when I was doing it, and there were no karate chops either, a lot more flexibility and other movements. LOL LOL I wish I would have stayed in it also, but my sons ended up playing baseball and I couldn't afford them all, it was really expensive and I was a single mom, something had to give, always the stuff I like best, but such is life and being a parent right?? Hope your day is a good one.

Thank you so much sunshine!! I think it's do-able for me this month, I just went out at lunch and bought a bunch of light yogurts,mmmm lots of veggies and fruit. AND some slim fast for those late night workouts when I get home from the gym and it's already 8pm but I need something, I think they will help big time!! And oh yeah sister don't think for a minute I don't grab for my drink of choice and you know me, RED WINE all the way. I haven't had the desire for any lately, but I'm sure when Friday gets here I'll enjoy myself a nice glass before bed. MMMM Hope your having a great day!! Thanks for believing in me, that means alot!

Getting ready to head over to the gym, for some 1 hour group jam. YEAH!! love this class and our gym just put up some fancy lightening in the room were we do our class, it's so cool!! And below is what I ate today!! I'm proud of myself. :hurray::waving:

Breakfast:
bowl of shredded wheat, with 1% milk 300 calories
2 60z cups of java, 2tsp sugar, and 2tbsp 1% milk 65 calories

lunch:
light yogurt-100 calories
two cups progresso soup chicken and wild rice. 200 total calories

dinner:
Slim fast shake
6-8 pistachios

water, water, water I'm floating LOL LOL

Later ladies, I have to go shake my rump!

It's highly appropriate for all three of you. :party: Now where the hell is Claudia?????????? If she doesn't show up by tomorrow, would you be willing to take on a cute Aussie guy who's just a tad older than your twins? He's very sweet. :) He's looking for teamies, and so far none have appeared. But then the MILF won't work..lol. It could be 2 MILFs and an Aussie Stud..haha

I, too cannot wait for spring!! :hurray:

WOW and Aussie stud hmmmm but of course I don't mind not a bit. I'll see if I can get Amy on board and we will go from there. Hopefully Claud is back today and we can figure out either way. I miss you so much when I don't have a lot of time to post, SUCKS!!!
 
I need to get busy here for awhile since I am after all working. But I wanted to quickly post that I kicked butt at the gym last night!!! YEAH!!
I ate extremely well too! And I did not have my slim fast last night instead I had a baked "sweet Potato" mmmm it was yummy, Yeah that was all, it was huge!! And it filled me right up NO KIDDING!!!

If the snow doesn't move in later this afternoon I'll kick it at the gym again after work today, not sure what I will do, probably run on the elliptical for 35-40 minutes, then take my circuit training class. Who knows depends on my mood of course, either way, you better believe it will be a butt busting, sweat infested workout. LOL LOL What's NEW RIGHT???

Good morning! Hope you are having a good day and not too tough at work! Great workout and food choices! I love sweet potatoes (just plain) they are soo good!

Twin, I emailed Claudia last night on her personal email, and did not hear back, I did however here back from Valerie (Curves) she's doing well, YEAH!!

I'll go check out the challenge in a few minutes, I'm tired today, didn't sleep well last night, probably due to Aunt Flo showing up 4 days early. WHAT?????????????? what was she thinking???? I tell you what it did catch me off guard, she's usually within a day every month, so damn her. LOL LOL all jokes a side at least I'll be over it by next week. Hope it doesn't damper my weigh in, I haven't been on the scale in weeks.

Well, I better get running I have a lot of work to do today.

I'm glad to know I"m not alone. I woke up feeling like I was hit by a truck, I'm still majorly dragging...tom didn't cross my mind till just now, thats probably the deal.
