Miss Ladybugs Diary

Normally I don't step on a scale but once a week, but after ALL the working out I was doing I wanted to see day by day if it really made a difference, and trust me, DON'T DO THAT!! It was so up and down all week long, it didn't make any sense, I'm down a pound, but Aunt Flo is on her way and I hope it doesn't screw me up for this next week, when I really need to see the loss.

I'm down 1/2 inch on my waist and 1/2 inch on my hips today, HOT DIGGIDY!

That excites me big time!

I'm going to the gym tonight, I can't wait to run a little, I'm actually have energy this morning, now that's strange. LOL It usually kicks in after 4pm.

Congrats on the pound and the half inch!! Our team is kicking butt, and I think we're gonna pull off first place this week. Everyone did very well. Either way, you're safe from elimination. :)

Well, I haven't lost much on the inches for the month of December, because I didn't get a lot of workout time in, but as of this past week, I started back up on my normal 4 days a week and that's what's doing it. My waist is right at 32.5 and I'm busting to get to 30 that's my REAL goal as far as inches is concerned. LOL LOL Just to think all through highschool I was a size 28 and never gained a pound and ate like a PORKER! Oh those days, how great I had it, and never really new. I'll pop in your diary later gator!

My Sister Twin, hey girl!! I'm so excited I'm not eliminated, I only lost a little weight, I was hoping for bigger numbers, but like I said in my previous post, it was up a pound one down and down a pound the next then up another pound 1/2 and then down, it was freaking weird!!! I think I'm putting on more muscle tone and that's why it's not going down very fast, but that's okay, I really want to shape up more than lose weight any ways, so as long as I look good at a higher weight I'm fine with that, it's all about the way your body looks not the numbers right?
First Place for the team, WOW that's pretty good, I know everyone on our team was over the top supportive and really going at it, I was quite excited about that. GO BLACK TEAM!!

it shows! you did really well!!! tell me about it. that bonus was tough but reaally worth it! i think most people missed a day...i did...we are only human...;)

Yes, the weight is not as important as how you look. Obviously the more muscle you have, the more you'll weigh.

Oh yeah, eating fiber is really easy for me, as I eat a lot of whole grain cereal, bananas and beans. LOL LOL I'll post my food here in a few minutes, I'm really, really busy at work today. I'm working on an advertisement for our brokerage in a local CPA magazine, it's pretty intense.

That's a kick ass workout! You really torch the calories. I cannot understand why the weight isn't just melting off you.

Me either. Kim works her ass off. Although the inches are coming off. Maybe it's muscle??

Anyway, Twin, you will kick ass in the challenge this week with your exercise and bonus pts. I don't think there will be the big weight losses some of us had last week. I'll be lucky if I don't post a gain. :cuss:
 
Well you are still dropping inches and you manage 2 hours solid slog in the gym at the end of your working day.

To me this just says slimmer and busting with energy! How can that be wrong? :)

I have a feeling Kimmy's turning into an American Gladiator type with all of that muscle. Hot stuff! Anyone who can bust her ass off in an office all day, THEN find the time to not only take care of her family but also head to the gym to workout as hard as you do, deserves MEGA props! My scale isnt going up either - i lost my measuring tape though so no idea if ive lost any lol.
