Okay Twin, I might miss dinner once every couple months, but that's about it, I LOVE FOOD, and right now my boss just brought to my office a sandwich from schlotzky deli. Its yummy, it has ham on it, which you all know I just do ham every now and again, mostly turkey and chicken for this girl, but it's damn good, and I"m going to scarf it down right now, Excuse me while I go pig out and fill up my glass with some water!! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm:drooling:
 
Oh and Kimberly, that man needs to tell you those three word more often, DANG that guy, what's he thinking?? I know a lot don't say it enough, but I'm sure he still feels it in his heart!! I'm sure he's crazy about you!

LMAO! Yah, I hardly ever skip dinner, either. Today I've had a chocolate chip cookie from the plate that the neighbor brought over this morning. aaahhh---very sweet of them, but I'm on a diet. And, they have peanut butter chips in them as well--meaning my H and mother probably won't eat them--leaving them all for me and Dad. :eek:
 
I don't blame Sheryl, skunks are territorial and have NO real predators...with that stink glad? Shit! I have fear and respect for those critters. They ARE pretty cute :)

Skipping supper? Are you guys nuts! That's the most tasty meal ever! LOL... I don't think I've EVER skipped supper! I think maybe one or two time I might have when we had this huge family brunch and you eat until... well you just eat way too much and you're still full by supper, LOL.

Just looking in after a couple of days. Don't criticise yourself for only doing 95% at a workout and not 110%. Some days are more tiring than others and the fact that you had missed a meal earlier in the week will not have helped. I am sure that a few days off will do you no harm - in fact what with your craft fair etc it sounds like you have another fun weekend coming up.

I'm happy to have some TIME OFF of the gym, I'm exhausted, and I need to rest tonight as I have a BIG weekend planned out. AHHHHHHHH

Last Night at the Pampered Chef party I met up with some ladies I haven't seen in awhile, I'm really excited because two of them want to go to the Ladies Night Out at the Winery on Nov 3rd, so YEAH!!!! looks like we might have a nice group going. the more the better!!

I have a lot of work to get started on, so I better get going, I'll check back as I can. HUGS TO EVERYONE!!!

Hey VBF! Glad you had fun, and I also have taken yesterday and will today, off exercise. At first I was really against it and I was plotting to work out sneaklily...lol! Then I realized my hip muscles REALLY can't take anything, even walking up 3 flights of stairs at the beach (beach stairs) was difficult, so I'm taking the time off seriously now! I feel better today and I'm eager to run Sunday (the 5K race). Wish me luck, and first place! (in sex/age) :)

LUCK??? You will win just because your awesome, and you rock on any races you attend. But, just because you asked me I'll say "GOOD LUCK" even though I know you'll get first place, but if not, MOST CERTAINLY you'll be in the top 3! I'm glad your taking time off too, I think we both need it, we work out so hard all the time, and lately my body has been telling me so as well, I just haven't been listening very well. Ahhhhhh, I'm looking forward to this weekend that's for sure!! Will you bo online Sunday after the race???
