Miss Ladybugs Diary

WOW I'm a little tired today, not sure why. I had a very hard workout last night and maybe that has something to do with it. I ended up at the gym around 5:30, I thought my 1 hour of Body Jam class started at 5:30, but I was wrong, it didn't actually start until 6:30, so I had an hour to kill.

I went downstairs and ran on the elliptical for 25 minutes, then I ran upstairs and did my circuit training for 30 minutes, that just fit perfectly, because I was all warmed up and ready to bust butt during Jam.

It was colder than a witches tit last night, I think it got down to 36 degrees, BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR  I'm so done with this cold stuff already! All I can say is it better warm up for my Craft Fair on Saturday, and my Hockey game that night, as I'm sure we will walk down town in Bricktown either before or after the game, I'm so excited, it's been awhile since I've gone to a game. :) Ladies I was so darn tired when I got home, I didn't eat dinner, I know, I know thats so bad, but I had a couple pieces of toast and some tea and then I went to bed. My son came out at 8:30 and said "Mom" are you making dinner?? I said, UMMM Are you kidding me?? He grabbed some pasta/veggie blend from the freezer and steamed it up for himself. I love the fact that both my kids love veggies as much as I do, at least I did something right on the food front for them.

I'm going to be busy today at work, so I'll try to get on and post in diarys throughout the day during my 5-10 minute break times. Well, lots of lub to you all!!

No wonder you're down a pound! No dinner after 2 hours of workouts???

Ah I'm jealous, Craft Fair, Hockey and then Bricktown--what a day!

Good thing the kid can cook....better for his future wife!

Have a great day, VBF :D

Oh man, I'm dreading that day, when I have to PRETEND nice to a daughter in law, LOL LOL I'm serious, I'm not ready for anyone to take my son time away. LOL LOL I'm hoping they live single for quite some time and get it all together, then throw in complication with a significant other. But your right, at least they won't starve, they know how to cook, they just prefer when momma does it, but don't we all?? I still wish my mom would come cook for me, food is always better when someone else is making it! :rotflmao:

I agree, but I always hated my mom's cooking. She usually cooked meat and pasta, which I hate. I cooked for her, and she loves it. My best girl friend is the most fantastic vegetarian cook and I think I learned from her. Oh, and my grandma. I want to bake, it's the season, but on a diet.....risky!!

Maybe you'll luck out and at least get a daughter in law you like?

You're also right in that everyone would rather their mother do the cooking. i moved 4 hours away from mine and I'd still let her visit if she promised to cook.

Good luck with today's workout.

Thanks!! I'm only kidding of course on the daughter in law, I'm sure I would love anyone my sons choose, that's just the way I work. And if you don't believe me, I still call my Ex Mother In law MOM, and she still comes out to my home several times a year to visit, and yes, she also thinks my new hubby is a keeper. NOW THAT'S what being a mother in law is all about. I'm all about peace in the family. We all have faults and no doubt I have a few. HEHEHEHEHEH

How sweet, and I agree! My ex BF hates me because I dumped him then started dating my current BF, but his family still loves me and they think Justin is kind of a loser, even though they love him too! LOL!

Wow Kim sounds like your doing great!
Keep up all the hard work!
And don't forget dinner! I know I don't!!! LOL LOL :rotflmao:
In fact I don't think I have ever missed to many meals. Could have something to do with my current situation!! LOL

Ha! You Southerners crack me up with your, "Oh it's 36 degrees out at night and I'm freezing!" Come to Michigan in January or February, and I'll show ya freezing!!! If the daytime high is over 32 degrees, we think it's warm. Avg low in those months is about 18 degrees F--but that's often the high. It's been in the high 30s, low 40s at night here lately--and I LOVE it!! Great for sleeping. :)

Twin, you are still kicking ass at the eating/exercise. I salute you. :beerchug:

I think I would feel the same way if I had sons--wouldn't want some other woman taking them away..lol. I'm possessive. ;)

Hi Kim. Sorry I was gone for so long. Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I left my lame explanation in my journal. Things are still pretty busy, but I'll try to get here at least once a day.

I like your attitude on the in-laws!! Mine in-laws hated me forever and that's tought o deal with. Everything's great now, but it started rough!! hope you a great day today!!:)

BEEN THERE, DONE THAT, AND HAVE THE TSHIRT. I'm DONE!!!!

Hey there girlie!! Yeah, I've been really blessed when it comes to In Laws, my first set of inlaws took me in like their own daughter, and I love them like my own to this day!!! My NEW set of in-laws are lovely as well, I just can't say enough about them. And the best part of all, they are most excellenct to my boys and that is what it's all about. SHARE THE LOVE I SAY!!!

Morning wonderful. :)

***Blushing**** Ah Steve, you sure know how to make a girl go mushy and stuff. ;) Love to my Steve O!!!

I had a another good workout last night!! I only spent an hour at the gym and I did free weights and butt workout skills. :) I also biked about 3.5 miles before to get warmed up! I think I did well!

Tonight, it's my Body Jam class, then I'll head home to grill some chicken on the barby! Not much else going on here!

I'll be by to check out diary's as I can, AND HOPEFULLY I'll post my entry's in the right ones!! UGG!! That's embarrassing, I think I have so many going right now it's got me confused. LOL LOL Just kidding, I think what happens is, I really get into reading a diary and when some people post back and forth a lot, I tend to think it's the others diary by mistake, I need to pay more attention that's all there is to it!!

I love you guys!! Have a great day today!
Kim

Yeah, I saw them and guess what?? My hubby came home with that John Cusack movie for me last night. LOL LOL He said he picked up some "PRIZES" for me, we say prizes, instead of Surprises, it's our little child like thing we say to each other, it cracks us both up!! I said to him, "what if it sucks"? and he said, then I guess we are stuck with another sucky movie, and smiled and went on his way. AHHHHHHHHHH I just love that man, he's so sweet to me!

HeeHee!

Hubby and I have our lil things as well.. ;)

We call sex "Boom - Boom." :rotflmao:

Got that from Overboard movie.. Gosh, that movie cracks us up! Love Goldie Hawn in that.

We also have a ton of pet names for us each us, even the dog. :D

We're just crazy..lol
