Alright, I've been meaning to post my daily insight, but keep getting side track, so here it goes. I've drawn the conclusion that this month is my lose Inches month, because I've only lost about 1.5 pounds in the first two weeks of this month. And last month I lost over 10 lbs. I'm still in AWWWE over how our bodies manage to lose inches, but the scale stays the same. I know I've gone down inch wise, because I have this belt I wear every now and then with some skirts, it's one of those wide belts that you use more for a decorative item than an actual belt to hold up something. well, back on path, a month ago when I wore the belt I could just barely make it on the 2nd hole, but today I'm wearing it and it's on the 3rd hole and I could easily wear it on the 4th hole, but I like when it hangs a little. These are the things that stump me. Our bodies should make it so that when we lose inches, the scale will go down to. I know what everyone is going to say. Kim your losing fat and putting on muscle, I know, but the scale that's what we really like right ladies?? I just want to see it go down, because honestly I don't feel as big as my scale says I am, so when i hop on there, I'm like WHAT?? I'm that big, why don't I feel that big when I look in the mirror. Well, those our my thoughts for the day, I've got to get busy!! And on that note, today I had a 1C cheerios, 1C 1%milk, I brought a PBJ sandwich for lunch, only used tbsp peanut butter and a light spread of strawberry jam, total calories for that 350 the peanut butter is the kicker. Butt I love them and they are good source of fiber and protein. Well gotta go. Talk to you all later!
