Wow Lady, I didn't know you had so much discipline to mostly show up at your planned work outs. I must check in here regularly for motivation. I happen to let myself off the hook at the slightest reason such as being too tired or not feeling like it .. LOL. For maintaining weight this certainly works out well as I do always work out more often than not, but I think I need to step up the weights like I did a few years ago when I lost. What's your work out program?

I know, I'm so determined I would probably show up even if I couldn't keep my eyes open. Below is a typical workout week for me, it's just about the same every week, except I do change up which cardio equipment I use, so I don't get bored.

Monday: 35 minutes of either bike riding-8 miles or Elliptical-4 miles, then 1 hour of Group Groove, which you could say is the equivalent of 1 hour of massive aerobics, but it's high impact dancing instead.

Tuesday: 1 Hour of Groove, and 40 minutes of step master or bike or elliptical. Upper body weights about 15-20 minutes

Wed: I try to make it a free day off, but lately I've been going and either doing some light jogging upstairs on the track or riding the elliptical for 35 minutes then the bike that same day.

Thursday, No groove :mad: Instead I take 1 Hour of Group Power, which is lifting weights with music, really hard class, but I get my weights in.:D

Friday: group Groove 1 hour, maybe a couple mile walk afterward. It all depends on how I'm feeling

Weekends- YARD WORK, HOUSEWORK and then Sunday is usually a free day. I don't go to the gym these days.

You know for all the excercise I get I should be a size 2 for goodness sake. There isn't one day that I go to the gym and not leave soak to the bone. Then I have a long drive home, I just got home about 45 minutes ago, and I'm hungry but what do you eat at 9 at night. Maybe I'll just cut up some tomatoes and eat that. See that's the downfall of living out in the country
 
Oh gosh, I hope not TOM, it's been good since I decided to keep put. I'm so tired can someone please send some caffeine my way. Uggg, and to think I still need to go to the gym after work, how am I going to do this?? I'm tired, I'm bloated. OH WHAT A MONDAY!

You have a serious workout schedule! Good for you! I like the sound of your weight class to music...sounds like the Bodyworks and Abs class my gym offers.

Damn, you eat so well, and stenuously exercise, it's obvious why your clothes are hanging off of you. That's really great of you to post your weekly workout, it's interesting to see how other people are doing it. You make it sound exciting! Great job! Like Sophie said, you must go shopping soon! Though I'm guilty of it, baggy clothes look just as terrible as tight clothes. I love love love the feeling of wearing something that used to be too tight, and then not being able to wear it because it falls off of your hips. Bliss!

You know I take all the support that's given to me. I love it here!! Bring it on sister, I'm so happy to have it!! And thanks so much for stopping in tonight. I know there are so many diary's out there, it's hard to catch them all, my hubby said it's moving into his snuggle time. HAHAHAH "whatever"!!! Right, if I asked for it, you know he would be watching some sports. LMAO! men, gotta love em. :D

Tell me about it!! and you would think I would weigh 130 by now right. HAHAHA, I know it's going to happen, I'm pretty patient when it comes to my weight loss, but I tell you what if I don't see a few pounds down this month, I"m going to get some COLON CLEANINGS> AHAHAHAHAH

Relaxing, but of course I'm on hear talking to some great people. But my hubby said, it's cutting into his snuggle time, I say YEAH WHATEVER! LOL

Luke, I so want to buy some new clothes, but I want to buy something stylish, something cute, something in a smaller size, maybe smaller than the next size down. HAHAHAH I eat pretty good, I don't eat a lot of the Specialty foods or organics that a lot of other people do on here, but I don't drink soda, I don't eat red meat, and I really don't do sweets to often. My downfall is and always will be PASTA!!! BREAD!! anything carbs related and Italian food. I used to crave chocolate, but that's dwindled down some in the past few months. I did however have ONE fuzzy navel this weekend, I'm sure that had about 500 calories in it, I'm not usually a liquor drinker, just red wine, but like I said earlier it was ONE HOT HUMID weekend and I wanted a fruity cold beverage, it worked! :D
 
Ugh trust me I know. I was walking through the grocery store yesterday and I could tell that I needed to indulge a little bit because I was becoming all crazy eyed and cotton mouthed whenever I thought of pasta or chocolate. So I picked up a lean cuisine and totally enjoyed every single alfredo pasta bite. I think I prevented a full-on binge. I know what you mean about the hot weather too! Sometimes it just feels so good to sit down with a light fruity alcoholic drink in the hot sun! Nothing better actually.
 
Yeah, but don't forget the cabana boy. LOL My sister just told me two days ago to try the Lean Cusine PIZZA'S she said they are VERY GOOD! and only 300 calories. I usally go for the weight watcher meals, so maybe next time I'll try one of those instead. I go in spirts, one week it will be weight watcher meals for lunch, then the next week, soups and then the next week, something I make and bring to work. It all depends on my moods I guess. I wish I had a chef to make things for me, damn that would be a dream come true!!!

Cinder, I spent many lonely years all by my lonesome! Actually it got to the point, I didn't want anybody else, I was happy being by myself, and my boys. I don't know if you ever watched this old PBS show called ANN OF GREEN GABLES, well if you haven't it's about this girl and this older lady adopts her and she watches her grow into a young women, and each year she's rocking on her porch talking to her nosy neighbor friend and waiting for Ann to come home for a visit. Well, that's who I thought I would ended being. HONESTLY, it wasn't until I stopped caring about finding someone that I ran SMACK INTO HIM. He was literally under my nose for 5 years and I never new it. I used to be a season ticket holder to the Oklahoma City Blazers hockey team, and well he used to be a volunteer for them and worked on the ice and with the entertainment during periods. See I never knew that until we actually hooked up. You just never know. Don't worry, you too will find another and it will happen when you least expect it, and it will be the right one!!

I usually go to the User CP and check the top part of my subscriptions--and you're all over the place, sometimes not here! :(

Anyway, I am jealous of your yard, it's so nice! I should take pics of my yard--it's pretty interesting, actually!

Glad you're eating well and don't crave much chocolate--I start in 3 days and I ate way too much chocolate today :( That's ok, it's just been one of those days where my food ain't so healthy. Sigh!

Hey there girley!! I know it's been crazy busy at my work too, but I try to sneak a peek during lunch hour and maybe my 15 minute break late in the day, and I'm also trying to get on a few nights a week. That's the only way to catch up for me. I'm getting ready to start also, and i feel like UGGG! but I'm just going to plug along and see if I can't still lose something.

I love Anne of Green Gables!! Megan Follows is such a good Anne. Hey that's cool how you met your ice man. Very cool. Get it? Cool. Okay, it's late, sorry. ha ha ha

It is COOL! He and I have a lot in common and we both like sports a lot, hey I raised two boys what else can one expect. HAHAHA I was also their scout leader for several years in a row, when they were Tiger Cubs and then wolves. I played that whole dad role for a long time!! Your so FUNNY ANN!
 
Okay, Don't be mad, but I didn't have dinner last night, since I stayed online so long, I didn't have time. I did however, pull out that lime jello and had a few bites of that. Maybe that's why when I got on the scale this morning it said I was down another 1.5 pounds. I'm not changing my ticker until it stays that way for at least a week. I had my bowl of Raisin Bran this morning, and I have left over chicken fajita meat from the weekend, I'll have that for lunch, no beans or rice, just the meat and a flour tortilla, (small). I have pretzels for snack and carrots as usual. Guess what??? It's still raining here, we are going to need an ARK if this keeps up. So many roads flooded out, and yesterday I had to drive through this huge lake, well it was a total flooded out road, but I was stuck in between cars and couldn't get out, well damn it the front passenger side got water on the carpet part. I wet vac it out as well as I could, but crap it's still damp, I'm Pissed. I hope it doesn't get smelly! I can't open my windows to air out today because it's friggen raining again. Oh well, what else is new! Talk to you all later!

Kim, are you becoming an internet addict -- missing meals? LOL. Too bad I can't send you some of our San Diego sunshine. We're expecting a cloudless day at 77 degrees here.
