SHUCKS no Gym today!! DANG IT!
Okay first off I'm a little ticked I didn't get to the gym today, my hubby let me sleep in while he cut the grass in front and back, looks lovely!
I got up late, so just started off sluggish, but did end up going outstide and watering my flowers/plants and filling up the bird bath and bird feeder, that was all the heat I could stand.
I set up yesterday a massage appointment for me and my hubby at 3 today, so we went to that and OH MY GOSH! I feel like a new women, my knots are all worked out between my shoulder blades HALLELUJA! this whole house mess had me in knots huge ones.
I'm going to the gym as many days after work this week that I can, I know I have company coming in from NY to visit on Thursday evening, so I'll just play the end of the week as it comes. I will go Monday, Tuesday and Wed evening so I can get in at least 3 days, but will shoot for a 4th somewhere in there.
Today's Meals:
breakfast: Bagel w/ 2tbs light cream cheese 350 calories
2 Cups of java 80 calories little sugar/cream
lunch: no time
Dinner:
Grilled Salmon with lemon/ sweet potato with everything on the side so I can add as needed, but mainly gave the sweet butter to my hubby to eat.
1 cup of steamed veggies/ broccoli/ carrots/ green beans
Water/ Raspberry Tea
I'm still full but need to go get some water, I'm thirsty!!
