Day 1...... billion
lol. I do feel like I have been on this road for a long time. Hopefully getting smarter!!
I have a pretty ambitious goal. It is a bit unrealistic unless I go gung ho like I did last year. I noticed when I lost my weight on the lower calories I lost most of it in the first month and 1/2. I am assuming the same would happen now. We had originally planned to start trying for a baby in August but I want to be in the 170's when that happens. So I have a slight dilemma: go gung ho and try to keep calories way under control for a month or two with the risk of binging when I have to up my calories for pregnancy because I feel so deprived (lol can't believe this is an option) so I can get pregnant sooner, or just work at it slowly and resign myself to not getting pregnant in August. I know the first one sounds awful but I want a baby. I have for a while now but respected my husbands want to wait (he is always right anyway
). So will impatience win out or common sense? We shall see lol.
