Marriage thoughts are still up front of my head. Yesterday I was supposed to move a load over to the new house but I couldn't do it! I was so tired and couldn't even see straight so I took some time out and relaxed instead and got to bed earlier:) So I have to do what I was supposed to do yesterday today:) It's ok. Wow I just noticed all the new smilies!! lol holy crap look at all of them!:ack2: oh thats funny!
Wedding stuff- I am looking for a dress but I am having a hard time. It took me 2 months to find the last one and I have been told it's too summery for a Dec. Wedding. Also I would like to see if I could find a cheaper one! That sounded like a great idea until I remembered the 2 month search and what a pain in the ass it was! So I am thinking I could just get original dress and then I wouldn't have to worry about it. I need to find my friends dress too because she is coming from Amsterdam and can't bring everything with her.
Weight loss- I have been trying to be good while satisfying my hunger. I haven't been tracking in fitday because I don't have internet at home right now and I have been so busy that there isnt' time to update that. But I know what my calories are and I do great until dinner. However I have been doing better and have lost 7 lbs in the last 8 days thank freakin' god!!! I got really close to 170 and it scared me. I need to get back in the 150's where I was. I really would like to get to at least 150 for the wedding but honestly I am not going to stress. I was pregnant and 195 when I first got married and this is 30lbs lighter and not pregnant so I am ahead in the game. So I am happy as I am. Just want to tone if I can! I will focus on that after the move of course. Someday it will go back to normal right???

Moving is done!

:Angel_anim:Hallelujah the moving is done! OMG I hate moving! So much crap and so little time and boxes and trying to clean when your hubby is going to drop and your little one is on his last leg! But it si all done:hurray: and we are moved in.... well sort of. The house I moved into still isn't totally finished so there is trim missing and a bathroom that isn't done and none of the closets are done so my clothes are on racks I bought. It's been an adventure. I am trying to get things cleaned so I can put stuff away and get things cleaned up. It's just a warehouse for now but it's getting there. Hope it gets there by the wedding so that we have a place to get married!
I am 165lbs right now and usually at 163. I am sure I will be back there in a day or so. Just have to get on the ball and find my workout tapes and get going. Only 6 weeks until the wedding. I am focusing on eating good food and under 2000 calories. For now that is all I can do. I have fallen in love with Wendy's baked potatoes and have gotten that instead of fries. Small steps right. I get to pick up my dress on Friday. I am very excited. It is a beautiful dress and it was only $99!! I can't wait to post pics. Well off to class. Sigh. I just want to be home! My desire to work is nil... my desire to sleep is way up there though! lol hOpe you all have a good day!!

Congrats on getting moved and picking up a gr8 deal on a dress ,I got suckered into $600 for mine guess cuz it was LOTTS of fabric for my fat butt lol it was a 22 it weighed like 10 lbs to haha.Be sure to rake pics beautiful girl!Have a nice weekend Tammy:party:
 
I will "rake" oodles of pics;) lol Just a quick check in. My weight has been at 165. Sigh. My dress is a bit tight. I swear winter is the worst time to start getting in shape... or re-getting in shape! I just want to curl up and drink hot chocolate and eat... you know pack on the fat for the winter! lol. I need to get my butt in gear because my dress is a bit tight and there is no way I am having the seamstress take it out! lol Brandy and Tammy thanks for stopping by:) I actually got 4 boxes unpacked today!! lol It takes forever and I did 4 loads of dishes. Now that the laundry is done it's time for dishes! lol. HOpe you all have a good weekend and I will check in asap! :hug2:

Wow Monday

Alright. So I am on it. FINALLY was able to go shopping last night and get some food for the fridge. It was empty!! Now I can cook so we don't have to go for take out! So it's on. I have to firm up before the wedding! So The Plan: Calories... under 2,000. I am not going to have a firm number because getting onto a website and calculating them has been really hard recently. Just not as much time as I used to have and as the holidays get closer I am sure I will have a lot less!
Exercise... Go to weight lifting classes on Tuesdays, Fridays and SUndays. Go to cardio class on Thursdays. Walk at least thirty minutes on the other days. Work on abs if the classes don't do that enough!
Life... get wedding planned and work on the house done with all boxes unpacked. LOL
So much to do but I feel very motivated. I had a good dream last night where I was buff for the wedding lol. I think it will all be fine and I woke up and weighed in at 162 this morning. So it is going back down. It was up to 165 for the last several days. But TOM was there too. I need to count on the calender and see where TOM will be around the wedding! I hope the week after!! lol
I am getting very excited. We have the bridesmaids dresses picked out:
with white sashes and silver shoes:)
I have my dress (sorry no link) it's a surprise:) and the house is getting done so we will have the ceremony site! Just working on the reception site.
Otherwise it's going well. I am more relaxed when the house comes together:)
Cinderelly! Nice to see you here in my lonely diary;) lol I am a giddy school girl. I am very excited and if it weren't for all the stress keeping me grounded I would just float away:D he he he. you could always ask your doctor about birth control pills to adjust your cycle so that you will definitely be in the clear :D
 
Mishi,that is a very cuite bridesmaids dress! What color did you say again that you choosed?ALso can you PM the site I had it saved and lost it geesh.

Oh God Mal I have been through so many BC's!! I am finally on one that is supposed to only give me a few day period but my body likes to expell. I was going through periods every two weeks!! Finally that has calmed down so I will stay where I am:) Our website is: cartermccabe.com I have fixed it up a little but there are still pics and whatnot that need to go on it:) but I am proud of it:D
 
HIt or MIss

Well yesterday I did well exercising but screwed my diet by munching on tortilla's. Today I missed exercising but I was on it for diet... wish I had more time to put things in the computer. So it's hit or miss. I feel like I am going in so many directions that it's hard to know where to start with working out for the wedding. I wrote up a plan for exercising on my calender and if I can stick with it then I should be good. I just need to lose a few inches in my waist. I am not sure what is the best way to do that so I am doing what I know: walking, lifting weights and watching what I eat. Trying to keep it low fat and decent carb. Sigh. The hard part is finding time to get to the gym when there is so much to do at home. We are of course still building the house and it is important as we are getting married in it! Paul wants my help with it which is understandable. I just feel pulled. I want to work out and focus on that. I am worried about wedding plans. We don't even have a pastor yet!! or rings... or money for rings:( sigh. So much to worry about! but all I can do is take it a day at a time. Slowly things are getting done. Only 5 more weeks! Looking forward to the bridesmaids dresses coming. I am going to try the one I got for my friend on:D lol I can't help it. It will be my size before I have it altered:) he he he. Can't wait to get everything done! The new year will be so much more relaxing.... I keep telling myself that anyway;) Hope you all have a good night!!!
 
Geeeesh Gorgeous alll the stress that goes with planning one of the most
specialest days but well worth it and always turns out to be a great shindig when it's all said and done unless you see it on AMERICAS FUNNIST HOME VIDEOS HAHA BAD J/K.Anyway things will turn out great grab yourself a nice bubble bath and re;ax and as far as the diet I would just stick with some walking and just watch the calories,your doing great in my book tho,HUGGGGGGGS TAMMY

4 Weeks!!

sigh! I can't believe how close the wedding is! I am having a hard time sleeping because I am planning in my sleep I swear. I wake up and continue planning and have a hard time falling asleep only to do it again a few hours later! :ack2: So I have really done badly on my diet exercise plan. Last week I went for a walk on Monday, skipped Tuesday, went for a 40 minute run walk on Wednesday, skipped Thursday and Friday went to the weight lifting class (killed my legs!! lots of hamstring work!) and skipped Saturday and Sunday. See the pattern?? sigh. every gym day I set up for myself I didn't go. If I want to meet my goals I have to focus and just get it done:
The Plan:
Monday: Walking 30+ minutes (every week up 5 minutes)
Tuesday: weight lifting class
Wednesday: Walking 30+ minutes
Thursday: cardio boxing class
Friday: weight lifting class
Saturday: walking 30+ minutes
Sunday: weight lifting class

The Food: 1500 calories is daily goal.
sounds good right! Well sticking to it is a whole other ball of wax! The food is what kills me. I am having the hardest time controlling my portions and controlling my sweet tooth! I just have to drum up some will power...
so here's the part I hesitate to mention. I have never relied on anything else for my weight loss but at this point in the game I am desperate! In that desperation I picked up these pills called slim quick. I have seen them on tv and thought at the very least they can help with the appetite surpressing. So today is the first day. Like I said I hate doing this unnaturally but I am getting desperate so I thought I would try.
So that said I am working on it. Lots to do with very little time!

Fake willpower

So yesterday was interesting. The first day of those slimquick pills. I hate turning to them but they are so far helping. My cravings were way down yesterday and I finished the day at 1360 calories without feeling deprived and starving for sugar. It felt good. I slept well and this morning I was full of energy. So day 2 commences. I am also down 2lbs. I am sure that could be water weight but I drank more than I usually do yesterday. I have been really thirsty!
So today is weight lifting class. I am excited to do well. This schedule can't be kept up normally. My family is going to do take out tonight because there is no time to cook:( I will miss precious hours with my future hubby. because we are now living in two seperate places we enjoy the time we actually get toghether. It is only for 4 weeks. Just keep telling myself that. I feel like I am on a good road besides doing what I know is not good for my body. Only until the wedding and just 2 pills a day instead of the 4 they reccomend you start taking after the first week.:ack2: sigh
I had a nightmare last night about the wedding. The maid of honor didnt' fit into her dress so she came in this bright red witch costume from Sleeping Beauty and brought this girl with her even though we have very little room for more people. My dress was this black cocktail gown that went all the way up to my neck and was really loose. My fiancee left me stranded with no car. It was awful. So I was up bright and early at 5 am jittering about my dream. I am sure it is just stress. Just feeling the crunch as time gets short!

:party: YAY for 2lbs down.I am not an expert but everyone is different and sometimes different approaches to lose weight may work for 1 but not others.There are alor of ANTI diet pill people here and I know their not the answer for LONGTERM BUT I think they help w/ energy and getting you off to finding that motivation again,seeing 2lbs lost has to be a motivation booster.LET me know if they keep working specially with fighting SUGAR cravings,I am literally breaking out with ZITS thanks to the ice cream,cashews,and chochlate almond bars I have been addicted to.So let me know,I was thinking about trying that slim in 6 workout routine I see alot of MOMS dropping weight and it suppose to be a fun workout to as well.
