Hi Carlitta! Thanks for dropping by. My exercise during the summer was pretty often. I had water aerobics on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and most Fridays. On some Mondays and most Fridays I had an hour weight lifting class that mixes cardio and weight lifting to burn more calories while you build muscle. I love that class. Now I am on a different schedule for school and on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays I am going to do 30 minutes of running and 45 minutes of a weight lifting routine a trainer designed for me and that I have revamped. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I am going to try to run for at least a half an hour. We will see how it works. It's hard getting into a new schedule!

We will have a website soon and I can show off pics and what not... and I get to go get my dress today!!! he he he. Diet is the last thing on my mind for now but I will keep it in check lol. yipieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Anyway you have done sunch a great job that any goal you set for yourself I am sure you ca do!
<- I don't know why that thing says "drooling"... it looks like it's sleeping! lol. So today I am down a half pound. I am not sure what is accounting for the weight loss but I am still thinking I am losing muscle. Some of me is ok with that
