I joined a while back, lost weight then, but didn't really post. Now, here I am today. I started doing Weight Watchers in June of this year. Since then, I have lost about 65 pounds. Still have about 20 more to go. However, anyone else here doing weight watchers? They changed the entire points system! I have decided to cancel-- since I pretty much know what to eat, how much to eat of it, etc., and track in My Fitness Pal. What do you guys think? Anyone else on WW that is going through this? I just didn't like that they gave me the same amount of points per day, but now the foods are more points. Makes no sense, considering I was losing 2-3 lbs a week, steadily. I can't eat LESS than what I've been eating. Any thoughts?
I figure this is the place place to come talk about this stuff. Frankly, I think my family and friends are tired of hearing about it!! (They are very supportive, and would not tell me if they were, but I know they need a break.)
