It sounds like you are doing great so far! I always say this but it really helps me get over temptation; I go look at myself in the mirror when I want to eat something I shouldn't. Or think of it this way, You can eat ANYTHING you want to eat as long as you eat in front of a mirror...NAKED!

So even when we go out to eat I find it helpful to go into the bathroom and lift up my shirt and think to myself "Have I had enough pasta, or pizza, or ice cream or whatever in my lifetime? I think so."

thanks for putting a smile on my face :smilielol5: I guess losing weght doesn't have to be so serious and your right if i did that i would not touch any bad foods. I went to the bank to day and saw myself on the little tv's there and was like "this is why you need to lose weght" i just do'nt like the person i see (bodyshape)any ways still another day of good eatting i'm having a soup for lunch and will have chicken for dinner again
 
Don't you hate when you see yourself unprepared? I mean before I even look in the mirror I suck my stomach in until I could almost pass out, I have to tilt my chin up, and pose a certain way...know what I mean? Most of the time I don't even recognize myself if I catch a glimpse in a store window or something!
 
hello well here I am trying to get back on track I've been eatting good the last week and doing 10-15 min on the elliptical It's been a while since I've been on here but I know that I need the motivation. and the great support from all of you.
 
another good day no sodas or cookies, had soups and chicken sandwich for lunch hoping to eat something before 6:00 tonight. So last year I had bought some pants I size smaller and this week I tried them on again and the fit again since I had gained all the wait I had lost back again I'm excited to see better results in the near future..
 
So today I had some time on my hands and i think i am one of those peolpe that need to write every thing down So i made my self a schedule with what i am going to do as far as exercise and am woking on a meal plan for my self so I can prepare my self so that I don't over eat. I've also stoped carring cash so that I am not tempted to buy anything. I konw these last few weeks that has helped my not buy food just because. today I did good over the weekend I said good bye to energy drinks and to day was my test since I was at work but i did good no energy drink today hey that an additional 250 calories. had chicken and rice for lunch with a salad so that was good not to boring.

I could never go day without soda so good for you..I'm trying to restrict myself to 2 a day..It's hard...I love soda
 
I had an addiction to soda for a long time to tell you the truth I used to shake if it didn't have a coke but you can do it start small when you want a soda wait as long as you can then the next time wait longer before you know it you won't need them anymore oh and drink water lots of it.
 
today has been good I ate chicken W/ green beans and mushrooms and rice for lunch with water I don't know what I'll eat for dinner still have not worked on my meal plans like i wanted to but I have a list of what foods to eat
