Military quwstion

This October I plan on enlisting in the Marines and was wondering what a good workout program to help me get ready for it would be?Any exercises or what not will be very appreciated.Thanx
 
i was in the army and we did a ton of push ups, running, and ab workouts (flutter kicks, bicycle kicks, and situps)
you should talk to your recruiter or someone else to see the minimum goals to pass the ending physical exam and start working yourself to that
boot camp will be a ton easier if you can pass it before you step in
