ok, thank you for your reply! just a small note "my" two year old is not actually my child, she is the little girl I take care of (I am her part time nanny).
i am in much better spirits!
Firstly lets count cals for the past few days:
the weekend was ok, on saturday I had half of my usual amount of muesli yoghurt for breakfast (plus I am ashamed to say, half a cookie), so that would be 300 cals I guess, lunch was a salad with a can of tuna in it (just lettuce and tuna, plus dressing) maybe another 250 cals, and dinner was very nice, half a garden salad (100 cals), few roast potatoes (200 cals?) and a rainbow trout I roasted myself (am so proud!!) which must have been between 200 and 300 cals (plus, I am so bad, another cookie, they are just so delicious, I will count one as 150 cals).
Saturday grand total: 1200-1300.
Sunday I had a roast at a friends, so I did overeat at lunch time but only had 100 cals in yoghurt for breakfast and another maybe 150 cals in salad for dinner.
Still, since I also ate yorkshire pudding and sauces and chicken (2 servings, it was just so delicious) and even ate a small amount of dessert, I will count that sunday I ate probably 1800 to 2000 cals.
Well I won't do it again for a long long time!! But it was worth it, I felt great! And I feel in better spirits for this week.
Today, Monday, I ate my muesli yoghurt, although because my bf ate all my low fat yoghurt I had to eat full fat but ate less food in exchange, so still 300 cals.
Lunch was so yummy, a pasta, wild rocket, tomatoe and mozzarella salad, which was 500 cals.
Dinner will be a salad with tuna, and some broth because it is so cold! So about 350 cals. I will probably have one or two apples in between, so another 100 cals.
Total of today: 1250 cals.
Great thing: weighed in on saturday evening and I am down another pound, so 3 gone, 20 to go!!!
This week I am doing sports tomorrow, 2 hours dancing, wednesday 1 hour class and maybe 30 minutes aerobic exercise, thursday 1 hour class and aerobic exercise. this weekend my in laws come over so I don't think I will be able to do a lot of sports on friday or on the weekend, but we will do lots and lots of walking!
I reckon 3 times a week is ok, although my ideal would really be 5 times a week plus some just-for-fun sports on the weekends, like ice skating, or roller blading, but due to the amount of rain falling in london, the fun sports have been drastically cut short!
Ok enough for today, I want to lose 2 pounds this week, I am thinking of having a just fruit day one of these days, where I just eat fruit and tea and water for a whole day. I don't feel like fruit is very filling to me, but I hope to change it by consuming it for a day exclusively. But I am afraid of putting my fruit day on a sports day and then passing out, so I will try to find a slow day for my fruit day!
Love, Mila
