holy crap...

Today was such a beautiful day I decided to go out jogging.
I'm not sure about time or distance but what I do know is I had one hell of a workout. I gotta start jogging more often cuz damn it, I'm outta shape lol

Felt great to jog though, at times I sprinted, other times I walked... but it was nice to breath in fresh air instead of stuffy gym air.

I couldn't find my ipod transmitter thingy for my shoe so I just listened to an episode of dawn and drew (podcast). I think I must have looked crazy because I was running along side the road laughing the entire time. :D
 
ouch on the ass cheek, thats gonna hurt, not to mention look bad in a banana hamock! :D

Its only if you slip onto your front and split its a problem though :D
 
Alright... I'm crawling out obscurity. Why? Well some of that weight has found it's way back into my body. I am now 190 lbs... but am determined to get back to 175.

A lot has changed since I was last considered a regular... Went to Vegas in April with painted daisy, gained 10 lbs, and since then I gained a bit more. Aside from the weight gain my life seems pretty damn perfect. Last Saturday I asked painteddaisy to marry me. The result? Well, she's no longer my girlfriend anymore. :(




But that's okay since I can now call her my fiance :)

Good to see you back sorry about the gain I have gained a few back to thanks to mass uncontrolable b-day parties 1 after another but no exuce my fault and I am fixing it! You will be back @ 175 again in notime I know how hard you worked before and you will succeed again,tell Painted daisy congrats also you 2 are so good for each other,Tammy

Well Tuesday I ran 3 kms, yesterday I ran 2 kms, and today I ran about 2.5kms at an average pace of 5.5 minutes a km.

My stamina isn't what it used to be but I know that'll change quickly. I'm getting my bike ready and hope to be riding tomorrow morning. I wanted to go out this morning but I couldn't find my gear and didn't want to go trudging through boxes and wake my fiance :)

I'm feeling pretty good even though I am 190 lbs again. I'm getting back into the exercise routine and eating well.... not great, but well. lol I still loves me my french fries!
 
never give up what you loves :) just remember you love miss daisy (soon to me mrs daisy) more than the french fries so split them with her :)

your running speed looks pretty quick to me - much faster tha I go - so way to go :) just use me as your basis for everything and you'll be like the bionic man or something :D
 
Oh wow, get sick for a few days and see what i miss out on! Congrats dude! thats totally awesome! Now you can buy a tandem and race! :D
 
Well no jogging this weekend but I did hit the weights for the first time in ages... My muscles are still sore today, it's awesome!

Went jogging this morning but went at a much slower pace due to my sore muscles... yeah, I'm such a wimp :D

The best news? This morning I weighed in at 187.5
 
That's awesome Mike!!! (though i knew that already, but thought I'd share my support on here too).
You'll be back at 175 in no time. Our jogging is going so well too! I always feel proud of us when we fight that morning coziness and opt for a run out on the cold road.

bless me forum for I have sinned.

It's been ages since I've last been here... it took me a couple attempts to remember my password even, but I'm here. My weight loss has turned to weight gain over the last year and as a result I am now around 200 lbs again. The good news though is that I've gotten back on that horse and have started exercising again. Once again, I'm determined to drop the lbs.

I've decided that 175 lbs was a bit too skinny for me and figure that a more ideal weight for me would be 185. My last post I was pretty close to that and to be honest, I felt great then but the wool was apparently covering my eyes to see that I was perfectly fine at that weight... I'm stupid lol

For those who remember me you may recall painteddaisy? Well we get married February 9th. Obviously I've been spending more time out of the gym working on my personal life this year... Once we're married and don't have any more planning stuff to do things will be so much easier in terms of finding time to work long hours eat right, and exercise.

Bugger about the gain, but im sure you will be fine now you know what causes it :)
