somewhere whay back in Wishes diary ( i think or Mal's) there was something said on this subject and what stands out in my mind is that a fake orgasm uses more calories than a real one!!!!!!:eek: :eek:

lol... I remember that post too... Sure faking it might be better for you in terms of cardio, but it isn't as fun now is it? :D
 
well so far so good. Hit the gym again last night.

5 kms, 25 minutes.
I'm back to my old time, although I'll admit it was pretty tough running at that pace.

My cycling trainer should be in today so within the near future I hope to get into a regular routine on my bike as well as the gym.

I have noticed it's a lot tougher eating the foods I once was that got me to the weight I am now. I'm moving into a 2 bedroom cabin on the lake in a few weeks, once all that is out of the way I think I'll really concentrate on the diet again.

I don't really care if I lose any more weight now, it's mainly getting fitter, leaner and developing additional strength in my legs. I'd really like to be "the surprise" at this year's triathlon.

This question gets asked occassionally on spark and their "experts" say it doesn't count as exercise or cardio (personally i think they're doig it wrong then) but hey it's fun so keep at it:D

LOL @ Mal...pure driven snowm,huh? And I'm with you, if it isn't cardio then you're obviously doing something wrong. It counts in my book...now if I could just.... :p

Good err morning everyone. it's 12:15 am and I'm bored. The girlfriend is having "girls night out" tonight.

I only managed to hit the gym twice last week. This upcoming week the girlfriend will be joining me at the gym so I'm pretty sure I'll be back into the swing of things and going at least 3 or 4 times a week again.

Well this morning the girlfriend and I made a pact. We're going to start eating healthier. So I told her I'm going to do what worked for me, keep track of the calories, and write my food log. So today?

Breakfast
Pancakes, syrup, coffee

snack
Jerky, cafe mocha

Supper
3 Turkey Sandwiches

I'm away from home for the night and in the land of dial up so I don't feel like plugging all this into fitday tonight.

This also means I gotta figure out my Basel again...
 
Ever notice how after a couple months you dont need fitday anymore to add up the calories - you can accurately guess or you just know :D

hehe I went away for a week at xmas and i KNOW i didnt go over except xmas day (which i walked off)
 
I still am hittin sparkspeople to add up my cals.....theirs is usually lower than mine for some reason........*smiles*.............later mike enjoy your day!!!! STAR

true dat - but I still use spark people because it really keeps me honest - i'm so lazy that i'd be too easy to fall into old habits... same reason why i still weigh and measure - yes I know howmuch a 1/2 cup is visually -but over time that 1/2 cup gets bigger :D
