Mike's Diet Journal

So at this point in time I'm starving... I've got blood work in an hour and I'm needing to fast for it. Right now I'm just telling myself "don't think about food... don't think about food"

then of course, I think about food. *sigh*
 
mmmm i love chicken burgers, the ones with real chicken breast though not the mulch patty ones :D

Well after giving 6 vials of blood I knew I needed some food in me. Decided to indulge at subway.

breakfast
bacon and egg sandwich from subway

then the girlfriend decided she wanted to eat out rather than cook something at home...

lunch
chicken fingers and fries

lol... thanks for the compliments... m2m is right, the photo was taken by my girlfriend. I think I was more tired at the time than anything though.... lots of driving!

hunkie? lol I would have guessed stoned but to each his own. And yeah, I plan on behaving Star, gonna be taking it easy on the bad foods from now on. The girlfriend and I are determined to live a healthy lifestyle :)
