so yeah, I've been spending all my time with either work or with my girlfriend. Thing is, can you really blame me? lol

Truth is I've actually been working the majority of the time, winter is always so busy for me in terms of production.

I've been maintaining a healthy weight. I weighed myself with clothes on the other day and I was 173... so I am curious to see just how much I weigh without my winter garb on. I feel great in terms of health, even happier in terms of the girlfriend.

I'd like to apoligize for not checking up on you guys more, and I don't mean to ditch ya. Really, when things slow down with work I'll have more time for the internet. It's just right now my priorities lie with spending time with the gf, and maintaining my healthy weight.

hey yall,
making another appearance. Work is still mega busy... I think things will slow down for me come the new year, I'm still shooting a lot of principal stuff at the moment and deadlines are looming... STRESSED OUT is all I can really say.

I'm actually surprised at how well I'm able to maintain my weight. I ate a lot of really bad foods on the weekend yet I didn't notice much change in terms of weight. My metabolism seems to be a lot faster now that I'm fairly fit.

I've been going to the gym 2 to 3 times a week now... I do miss the 5 to 6 times a week like I had been doing but with work being the way it is I think I'm doing pretty good.
 
Hello again! Sorry I haven't been in in a while, but I have the DEc. blues! LOL I hate shopping and got a lot going on!! Glad to see you are doing so well.Guess the new love is stilling going well!:)
