I was alone in the gym tonight. So I took my time and worked the upper body.

Started out doing 10 minutes of cardio on the bike, then worked on chest, shoulders, tri's, lats, and biceps

I feel pretty good, kind of pumped lol.

It makes ya feel gr8 when your done working out then a hot

Yes wishes, I am purvetastic but Mikey muscle shots would be so yummy.. *slips into warm fuzzy day dream*..
