It's back! $#$%!

Every once in awhile the stress gets to me. Not with the weight loss, but with my profession. A major side effect, I get bouts of insomnia. I thought maybe this year things would be different, since for the first time in probably 10 years I am under 180 lbs. Working out has also been a major contributer to reducing that knot I usually get in the back of my neck. I have a lot of work to do tomorrow, and for the life of me, I just can't get to sleep. I've got a video that needs to be authored, animation that needs working on, and I need to prepare for Friday when I speak to some high school kids about my job. None of this should be a big deal, but the dvd thing was just thrown at me just before I left work. I'd scream right now, but I don't want to wake up the house.:mad:

So instead I'll just continue to toss and turn until I figure until one of two things happens. One, I manage to get in a few hours sleep, or 2, I go to work feeling pissy.
 
*grumble grumble*

Well, I managed to fall asleep around 5:30 am... slept for an hour. Probably won't be exercising today, just calling it a rest day. :(

It's ok to have a resting day once in a while when you need it! Especially when you're doing as great as you are :) It's just when those resting days start to outweigh the exercising days do you have to worry:p I have to work on that....:eek:
 
This day doesn't seem like it's going to end!

Got most of my crap organized this morning, finished off the dvd for a client, and have a pretty good idea what I'm going to do for the high school presentation tomorrow. Now I just gotta plug away at my animation project til quitting time.

I'm so tired at the moment... the good news is I'll get some sleep tonight. Gauranteed.
 
Goodness gracious, with everything you listed for your job I don't know how you even got an hour of sleep in. Hang in there hope you're able to get some rest tonight :)
