Perogies are a Ukrainian dish. It's basically a potato filling wrapped on dough. Most add additional ingrediants to the filling such as bacon, cheese or onion. Because of the large Ukrainian community here in Canada, perogies has been a common food to us Canucks.

edit:

oh, forgot to add. They can be either deep fried, or boiled. Sour Cream is a common topping

I looked. And I liked what I saw!
Hope your day was fabulouso, and perogies make me gag. especially if they were boiled. I like pot stickers though, them are good eatin'. *pretends they are not almost the same thing*
 
welp, just got back from the gym. Tomorrow I think will be a rest day... or possibly a swim day (we'll see :D)

warmup, stationary bike, 9 minutes, 100 calories
Weights, chest, biceps, triceps, lats, back
run, 3 kms, 18 minutes, 286 calories
 
oh man i love to go swimming................Maybe I'll go swimming tommarro.........before the kids get home, so i can enjoy myself and not have to worry about the little suckers drowning each other!!!!!! good idea Mike thanks!!!!!!! and your exercise made me tired just reading it....whew....*wipes forehead*.....STAR
