Not ripped, just been getting lean. I wouldn't mind having a bit more muscle though... and by the way all the other women here in the forum are acting, I'm sure they wouldn't mind either :eek:

on only having 1 lb left to reaching your goal you prolly sweat that
off in the gym this week! Hmmm got me wanting to go to my local
gym and snaking a ball under my shirt because I do have the belly

oh i'd love to have a gym membership and lift weights. doing it at home now with pretty light stuff. well, haven't actually done it in over a week, but you are motivating me to kick start it again. i think i've said that before, but oh well.

So I gained two pounds since I last weighed myself. Looking back at the amount of food I've eaten, and calories burned I'm confident that this is the good kind of weight so I'm not pissed at all. *mikey flexes*

I guess 175 will have to wait.
 
okay, maybe I should clarify.... women who lift weights at a sensible level are sexy. Women who can rip a guy in half... not so much. Geezus, her arms are bigger than my torso!

Yeah, I haven't dropped anything since Wednesday, and lifted like crazy since... so thats a good sign.

Lifting makes you retain water, its part of the process of breaking down and building the muscle back up.

Mike, you've given such a phenomenol effort to your transformation. I agree that the couple pounds you've gained probably aren't bad ones. You look really nice.

I agree witH M2M. Big buldging muscles aren't a turn on for me-- with anyone. But that Jillian Michaels is pretty spiffy looking. (Her body moreso than her face.)

I like the idea of lifting weights. I just don't like the idea of trying to be a body builder.

I have 5 lb weights. Do those count? Hmm...

Yes it is really good for women to lift, and the odds of women getting bulky muscles from lifting is almost 0. Those bodybuilders are on roids and lift 8 hours a day, and eat 10,000 cals a day. Even then they have freaky genetics for it.

Yeah, if women lifted weight like crazy, Jillian Michael is probably the biggest tehy would get. She's alright hot...just not into chicks that would kick my a$...butt.
