Happy Halloween!

lol, patty, you're awesome!



okay, woke up this morning with a few inches covering the ground. Just finished sweeping the snow off my vehicle, now I'm letting the car warm up before work. No breakfast yet, I'll probably go with the guys at work.

Have a spooky halloween everyone.
 
I am not going to pout about having snow...nope, not me!
If I want snow, I'm going to *drive* up to it, play for awhile in it, then come home *away* from it ;)

Mikey's Goals for this month
1) Reach 175 lbs (should be easy)
2) Run 25 kms per week/avg
3) Run 10 kms in one workout
4) Attempt to run 5 miles in under 40 minutes
5) Accept that on November 18th, and 19th I will fall off the wagon
7) Climb back on the wagon November 20th.
8) Figure out a weight training routine
9) begin work on the abs
 
Weight training routine

Mike,

I started a routine about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I got this from my chiropractor who is into weight training as well. When you do your weight training, focus on legs/abs the first day, chest/shoulders on the next, and then arms/back on the third. Start your rotation over. However, I am doing abs everyday.

Hey dude, hows it going. I like that you set goals for november...makes me think I should set some goals for this month too. Have a spooky halloween and avoid the sugary candy at all costs (unless its chocolate...chocolate has vitamins in it you need, YOU REALLY NEED).
 
Exercise
I surprise myself sometimes.

treadmill, 10 kms in 51 minutes and 30 seconds. Had a long cool down period.
10.64 kms, 58 minutes, 915 calories!!!

very down! I did whind up walking 2.5 miles of hills to take some
