these past two weeks have been sucky. long ass work weeks. i think 61 the first and 55 this past one. i hit my chest routine twice in those two weeks. after that i just felt blah. no time for rest, etc. just needed a long ass break. i fucked off my meals here and there. whatev, like its really gonna hurt me. i seen my friend from the gym while i was grocery shopping, he said it looks like i dropped 20 lbs since he last seen me, which was like a few weeks ago. i dunno if its because i had to slack up on weights or what. i haven't checked the scale. last time i checked i was 257. i wanted to see if i got any of my strength back since resting up, i did 61 pushups non stop and i was able to do 8 chinups on a door that has a like a very deep door jamb thingy.

i guess thats good right?

anywho, gonna start cardio in the mornings again, go for 5-6 weeks, see if i can drop down a lil bit more

hey mike man, i don't need to tell you that you are rocking it out, you do it hardcore. keep it up. Hey i finally caught up to you in weight, well passed you!, but i know you are developing muscle and such, while i'm not at that point yet. you're also much more taller than me. but you've been keeping it steady, despite the long hours at work. just do it to it man.

glad to see your back! i noticed you came back for a bit sometime in mid-july...at the time i'd gone missing from the forum for a bit since i'd slipped really bad in my diet :( bad as of last week i got back on track so i'm glad about that!

hope to see more of you on here...missed you loads! :grouphug:

61 pushups and 8 chin-ups sounds pretty good to me. I'm almost able to do one chin-up. I'm also thinking of starting the 100 pushups programme/challenge thing.

yeah its kinda cool building mass, but its troublesome.
My lower body keeps getting smaller, my pants keep falling off. but my chest and shoulders are getting bigger, i had to jump up a shirt size so i wouldn't feel so constricted. ugh, the horror. yeah, i feel good. ive been resting like a lazy ass bum. its nice.

haha. sounds good to me. 100 pushup challenge? pfft. ive been doing crazy pushup routines, diamond whatev pushups, clapping, using a medicine ball etc. its a good warmup and a excellent burnout workout. killer.
 
I'd share weight loss shit with ya, but that's kinda boring so instead you should just pop by my page where there is blood, toes, and bones, than maybe you could use it as a new tattoo on an arm space?

update. i have no idea what i weigh. the scale at the gym is broke/gone whatever so im just busting ass and going with the flow.
 
to do what i want i sacrifice a social life during the week. im asleep by ten-ish so i can wake up at 5 am, brutal. other than that life isn't too bad. how about you ma'am?

this is how much my routine is imbedded into my life. I wake up around 5:30, get ready and do cardio from like 6:15-7:15. Then I drive to work and eat my breakfast by like 7:30. So today I'm eating breakfast and it hits me, I wasn't supposed to be at work till 9:30. FTW. So I'm home for an hour. :)

Glad to see you're still doing well it seems

I'm trying to shift my workout time from the afternoon to the morning. That would leave me more time to do things I need to do like study.
