strength is still increasing, big time.

barbell shrugs 1 x 12 @ 205, 1 x 10 @ 225, 1 x 8 @ 245, 2 x 6 @ 275.

yeah 275lbs!

dumbell rows 1 x 15 @ 90, 1 x 12 @ 120, 1 x 8 @ 150.

I did cable rows and close grip pulldowns using the triple drop method as well. intense.
I then did shrug dumbell burnouts 3 x 25 @ 75 lbs.

such a good workout, i felt swole!

ive been gluing the past two days. a lot. yesterday was ok to workout because i could use my lifting straps. today is bicep/tricep/forearm day. I think I'm gonna do it tomorrow night cuz my hands are absolutely tore up. i have a nice blister on my right hand and my skin is just tender to the touch. I don't want the grit of the bar to agitate it more. oh the joys of work. Tabitha (dietitian) called me today, i have an appointment on wednesday of next week, hopefully she can hook me up.
 
I gained 7 lbs. It isn't water weight because I'm on water pills. I'm getting skinnier tho. My strength is also increasing big time. I dunno how that can happen if you are in a caloric deficit.
 
the body fluctuates...i wouldnt worry about it just keep on doing what you are doing expecially if you are feeling pretty good.

its a just a random name. kinda like sparky or homie. Im just wondering whats going on with it. Im like really stuck on my diet, i havent changed it one bit, its like hell yeah keep adding fuel to the fire if its working.

that weight increase does seem quite hard to place especially since you say your sure it's not water weight, maybe see how it goes this week...wow, so your getting stronger too? nice!

cardio was really good this morning. 600 cals in 40 mins. worked 11 hrs today so i had to book it straight from work to the gym. wow. my chest is getting ripped. i can see all my definition thru my shirt. walked for 25 mins at 4 degree incline and at a speed of 3.7. who knew walking could kick ass!

anyway, got some really shitty news today. like really shitty. so much i'm sure ill have to go home and start some violence type shitty. ugh.

aw, i'm so sorry to hear about the bad news...sometimes i wish everyday could just be problem free....today i didn't have what i'd call a good day either :(

otherwise glad to see your still kicking a$$ at the gym. isn't it amazing what the incline does even if your just walking? i always do the treadmill on the steepest incline 15, but of course at a much much slower walking pace and it still makes me sweat! i'll probably keep it that way untill i get to a weight where i can start jogging.

so far ive had a long work week. 37 hrs in three days. woo. so i didnt workout last night because i got home at 9. gonna hit the gym up tonight tho, might superset my back and arms or do my shoulders and back, dunno yet. the diet is the same, easy to follow, eat, etc. ive actually ate a couple hundred more calories per day to kinda help out from working the longer hours. those damn leg presses the other day killed my legs for two days, it was crappy! but hey it was 900 lbs. so i'm ok with it.
