Mike's Diary!!! Feel frree to support/motivate!

Well here I am ... I'm hoping writing down every detail of what I eat and excercise will help me with my goals. I've actually already started my plan and it's working pretty good ... I've still gotta long way to go though. I started @ 189. I'm 5'6 so that just doesn't look good on me. I currently am down to 177 (so that feels pretty good) But In 2006, I weighed a solid 153 I'm 28, so I feel this could be the last time I can really get in the best shape of my life ...

so here it goes ... Yesterday i ate:

a seafood salad Lunch, 1/2 of mahi mahi with peppers (dinner)
a glass of sweet tea (rest of the day water)

excercise:

ran 3 miles
100 push-ups
250 jumpin'jacks
100 crunches
10 min. on punching bag
3 sets of 5 on 135lb. bench
3 sets of 10 on dip machine

all in all i can say i'm proud of my 1st diary entry ... :)
 
ok so i took off saturday, and and ate very healthy - and drank nothing but water ...

but sunday had a bad day ... i ate pizza for lunch and mexican rest. for dinner ... but i did do 400 push-ups ... so i hoped that helped

i guess i messed up ... but today (monday) i'm back at it ...

i ran 2 miles today, and i'm working out on the weight bench ...
so far i've drank nothing but water and had a small breakfast ...

but the scale said i weighed 180 ... :( thats frustrating knowning on Friday night it said 177

i'm not giving up !
 
good job for not giving up! the scale is not much to go by really. hope you are doing weel and have a good weekend
