"In early 2012 I began getting help from a nutritional coach to get in shape. After two months (and a body composition in the BodPod to prove it) I realized that for all my hard work and sacrifice I still wasn’t getting the results that I wanted. It was at that time that I decided to seek out the guidance of Leif Anderson since I had seen first hand the kind of transformations he was getting with his clients. This turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life and I still can’t believe what a difference only a few months can make in a person’s life.

In only 16 weeks I lost 41.9 pounds of fat and added 12.4 pounds of muscle! Leif clearly explained his philosophies in a way I could understand and each step of the way he made a point of making sure I understood the “how’s†and “why’s†behind what strategies we were implementing. My plan was modified as my body progressed in order to keep me responding optimally and to be honest I’m completely blown away by what I now see in the mirror. I NEVER thought I would be the guy with abs!

The results that Leif Anderson Fitness helped me achieve not only transformed my body on the outside, but helped my transformation on the inside as well. I’m now more confident & know that I’m capable of doing anything I set my mind to.
