Well, *knocks off the dust and cobwebs off this diary*


I'm back! .. I think :ack2:

I got on the scales this morning and didn't like what I saw. I've got to re-motivate myself to get back to what I was doing. I decided to start fresh. Start a new diet ticker. Forget all the weight I've already lost and stop patting myself on the back about it because I'm slowly gaining some of it back. I've gained almost 20 lbs back since July . That's 7 long months this has slowly accumulated back onto me but I have got to stop that now! It's nobodys fault but my own. I've been uber- lazy. I can't tell you the last time I exercised. I plan to get back to my 30 minutes a day routine that I had success with starting tonight when I get off work.
I will try my best to get back to posting in my diary:banghead:
I feel it helped me a lot by holding me accountable for what I was doing.

As of today, 3/3/09 I am 252 lbs bleh!
 
Well, I'm very happy to see you're back. I've missed you and your pervertedness. :D You'll have to drop by JZthedetermined's and reluctantcabbie's journals. They are two great guys who I think you'll like, and you can help motivate each other.

I know you'll knock those 20lbs off in no time. No sense in beating yourself up, just get to work! :D

I NEED to beat myself up though over those 20 lbs. I totally fell off the wagon here in the last 7 months. About the only thing I didn't cave into was sodas. Still drinking only water so I guess I have not become a complete failure . I'm pretty sure I can get back on track. I rode my bike for 30 minutes last night for the first time in ... hell I can't recall *L*

My ass hurt !

You should've come back sooner. Claudia had a challenge and the two teams were Tits and Ass. So almost everyone made their avatar of either tits or ass..lol. Some of them were pretty racy, and I know you would've appreciated it. :D

Regardless, I know you can tap back into your inner perv...it's like riding a bike. :rofl:

Well, cheers to new starts! :cheers2: but don't forget all the hard work you accomplished because it'll motivate you, knowing that you CAN and WILL do it. Gained 20 lbs? PAH! no problem, you lost them before, you'll lose them again. Just get a good routine going and you'll see :D.

Finding it hard to get motivated to get back into the same routine as I used to be in. My intentions are good but the commitment is lacking. One day I'll be all positive and make some headway and the next I'm like..ah fuckit! I'll do it later.

I made it thru the weekend without gaining anything so I guess that's a positive step in the right direction at least!
Spring has sprung here in Georgia and I want to get out and get back to walking but somehow I didn't manage to do any of it over the weekend. :ack2: I need to get into a habit of going each evening somehow. I wish I didn't live so far from the place I like to go walk at. It'd make my procrastination a lot less of an issue!
 
What happened to your bike?

I got it still. I rode some but it's not the same as getting out in the fresh air. Plus it makes my ass hurt! :biggrinjester:
Might be for the best anyways, the pollen is like snow ! I might have to shovel pollen off my walk way to get out of the house tomorrow!
