Looks like I might have a rough time this week. Looks like I'm sick. My son has had the flu and I might have caught it. Aching and sore throat with a worsening cough. I have 50 minutes worth of exercise still to do tonight for the challenge but I don't know if I'm going to feel up to it or not:puke:
I'm at work now but if I had my choice I'd be at home in the bed! If I don't get any worse than this I'll be ok but I am worried this won't be the case:toetap05:

I dunno, I've slowed to a crawl this week. This morning I was still 248 so who knows what the scale will say tomorrow

LOL! Actually, accents in Australia tend to be more class-related than geographic. There is a bit of a rural/urban mix to it as well. H sounds more English than Crocodile Hunterish.

I'm so sorry you're feeling under the weather. The flu is no fun. You should be in bed. Can you go home early today? I'm gonna don my naughty nurse uniform and come over. :biggrinjester: Drink lots of water and take it as easy as possible. I'd give you a hug, but I don't wanna catch what you've got...:biggrinjester:

Look on the bright side--if you do start to :puke: the number on the scale will go down. :) Bad BB, bad, bad BB.

Actually, I did go home yesterday and :puke:. I thought the same thing *L* I had a fever last night and felt crappy as hell. I'm sick still today but I just HAD to come to work for just a lil bit then I'm going back home. Hopefully this will go away over the weekend. My son has been out of school all week with the flu. My daughter is worried she is going to get it and ruin her perfect attendence streak. So I won't have the kids this weekend as planned :(

Nice job losing 2.5lbs this week! I thought I might pull ahead of you in the challenge, but you retained your lead, as I lost 2.5 this week, too...lol.

Sorry you're still feeling awful. I noticed you did do 50min of exercise yesterday anyway. tsk tsk. Rest up over the weekend--sleeep, sleep, sleep. Get plenty of fluids to flush that bug out of ya, and don't eat if you can't stomach it. :hug2:

I know I know. I HAD to though. I just rode my bike on the lowest level. I couldn't have done it friday but luckily that's the day I take off anyway. I hate to miss my points. I haven't decided if I'm going to exercise today or not. Last nigh I felt worse than I do now so I dunno. Knowing me I'm sure I'll do something:biggrinjester:
I did sleep til like 12:30 today though!

I know. I think that after this competition is over I'm gonna take a break from the next one. I do get a lil too competetive:biggrinjester: I shouldn't have done anything this weekend but I just had to log those minutes! It must have helped though because I hit a new low this morning of 245.8! That or being sick drained it out of me! *LOL* Feeling tons better today. I'm still not 100% but I can breathe through my nose again finally!:troll:

Now I gotta get ready for Vegas next week. :party:

I'm still coughing a good bit. It's lingering around for some reason.:banghead: Otherwise I'm feeling good.

Actually the plane seat is going to be a big test for me. I want be able to do two things, not use a seatbelt extender and be able to put the tray-table down without my stomach being in the way:smilielol5: *fingers crossed*
