MidGaGuy's Diary

Wow, I guess Scalena is being a good little girl again. Guess you've got her well-trained. ;)

The airlines still do last minute weekend fare deals that are pretty good. I could probably get a round trip ticket to Atlanta for under $200--which is a lot faster than driving, and cheaper. So we'll see what happens come Sept or Oct--or maybe Nov to cash in on better weather..haha.

Have a good weekend! Too bad you didn't join my latest challenge--you'd have kicked ass!

I dunno, I saw you talking alot about eating cabbage last week. I wouldn't have done well with that :ack2::smilielol5:
I just needed to take a lil challenge break. I've felt better stress-wise. I get too competitive:sifone:

Yeah, were the hell have you been lately? Get your skinny ass off the damn video games, and back here so we women have more men to flirt and talk dirty with. :D

I know, I've been pretty slack around here huh?:D
I'll tend to do things like that. I'll be gungho and then ease off things *L*

I understand OSU has a new QB:ack2: Gigantic mistake on his part.

:ack2: Tell me about it. It wasn't any big surprise, though. However, I agree that he made a big mistake for his career. He could've been the starter QB at Mich, now he'll spend most of the season sitting on the bench hoping Boekman gets injured..lmao. Plus OSU's offense doesn't really suit his style. Sucka.....

I have no idea how Michigan's season will turn out. I predict 7-5, as Rich Rod's got a lot of rebuilding to do now that Mich has lost all of their top players.

I see your Bulldogs are ranked 2nd in the AP poll. :hurray:

If Rodriguez can recruit the same type of players he did to WV, I forsee good things for Michigan.

Everyone is pretty excited down here for the upcoming season. Spring Ball is in the air!

Well, I've got some varicose veins in my left leg. I always knew I had some but they never gave me any real problems. Now that I've lost all this weight, they stand out WAY too much. So I'm going to see a Dr next friday for a consultation. This is a big step for me as I avoid Drs at all costs :D

I thought only women got varicose veins..lol. Sorry you have to bite the bullet and go to the doc--but the payoff is you'll be hot in your speedo come summer. :D

I've done some reading, and I guess Pryor's main reason for choosing OSU is b/c the NFL doesn't run the spread much, and he figured he'd have a better chance with an NFL career there. So, do you think the NFL will start doing more with the spread in the future? I just don't want Mich to lose more players in recruitment b/c of that.

uh, no .. they don't! Cuz I got some !:ack2:
Paul + Speedo = Not EVAH Happenin!:smilielol5:

Well I think Pryor is better suited for the spread and I think he's going to find that out....the hard way.
I think if the right players are on a team then yes an NFL team will have success with the spread. It's going to take a very atheletic offense though. I'm sure if teams see more and more success with the spread then some will give it a try.

Well I finally got my first glimpse of the 230's today. Whether or not I can keep it below 240 by friday weigh in I dunno:willy_nilly:

When I get a chisled physique with six pack abs I'll don a speedo just for you!:biggrinjester:

Eh, not too good but not too bad either. This last week was the pits!:ack2:

Great job gettin into the 230's. At least you showed positive progress all the way through March. I myself had a tough last couple of weeks and stayed exactly the same. Good luck going forward into April.

Hey, you've lost about 80lbs! That's nothing to sneeze at, my friend.

As you get closer to goal, it'll slow down a bit. How much strength training are you doing? I'd increase that if I were you--especially as now you're more likely to lose muscle along with the fat. Do I hear a gym full of meatheads calling?? :biggrinjester:

Have a great weekend, sugar balls. :D

Well it's seemig to slow down more and more as I awoke to only a .2lb loss today for the weekend :( First time that's happened. Yeah the gym is looking more and more like the next step. I want to get this leg situation taken care of first before I think about that. I just found out tho that my crappy insurance won't cover it though:banghead: I'm going anyway. Appt is friday so I'll see where I stand and how much $$ this will cost me:dupe:

Good luck with your appt Friday. I hope the cost is reasonable. :)

And then you'll have to hit the gym. I'm sure Steve can hook you up with a good weight program. :smash:

I'm sure I'm weak as a kitten *L* I know I'm not as strong as I was so I'd have to start at the bottom and work my way up like a girlyman *L* :svengo:
