Hmmmm..... I had the same damn problem with my Road Runner. I would be online then WHAMO.... I'd be disconnected and my modem would blink like a crazy muthafucka. I ended up calling the company being placed on hold for almost 20 mins. I wanted to drive up there and throw the modem into someone's face. If switching modems doesn't work, tell them to tweak with the main box at the telephone line. That's how it worked.
