I'd better get back on topic a lil and talk about my weight.
Scalena must be upset with me . I had gained a lil this morning.:cry: I'm hoping it's water because I've been a lil high on the sodium this week.
Maybe I can shed it by friday. This could be the first week where I gain or don't lose anything. I was hoping to see it down some this morning because I had thought about skipping the exercise tonight but I don't think I will now.

On another note, I finally played Halo3 some last night . To quote Borat, "It's Niiiice" .

I would make sure you drink a lot of water today, to help if the weight gain is due to water or sodium. Sodium can dehydrate you if you get too much of it.

I'm sure you'll be fine by Friday. And if you have stayed the same or gained a bit, don't sweat it--it happens to us all at some point. :hug2::hug2:
