I have problems improving my upper chest mid section size, the bottom is ok but the upper doesnt get bigger so im starting to have boobies lol...
here are a few pictures of the whole chest i want... how its evened out..
i want that bulky upper chest so it will even out with the mid and lower area .
Im 23 6'1 195lbs with about 10% fat
My chest workouts are ...
Monday i do Incline barbell with 205 3x8 normal/wide grip
Wednesday i do Bench with 235 3x8 normal/wide
then bend over cables and cross 3x10
Friday i do Dumbell incline with 75 3x12
then dumbell bench with 95 3x10
I do other workouts, but its the chest area im not having any luck with. The gyn at the school i go to is limited on things, it doesnt have the peck deck machine... and the cable exercise is something i happened to make out of 2 lat pull down machines lol... and we have incline and bench and a few dumbells.
i dont take any supplements, just eat some stuff before and after working out.
My chest is similar to LL cool Js picture right here... how the bottom and mid chest is there but not as much mass on the upper mid section...
Also what kinda workouts would i need to do to get arms like that??? ANyone know of a good workout to get huge arms? and any advice? thank you for your time everyone. My first day here
