I have a feeling the people in my challenge are going to bail on me. Everyone was suppose to pay the winner $2 per pound they lost, which would be a lot of money for me. I had plans for that money!! lol. But I really don't think I'll be getting it.

On a lighter note, I saw the most bizarre rainbow in the sky today. It was in the snow particles. Sooo cool looking!! :D

I wish I could just sleep.

Nothing wrong with being busy, I hear ya on the sleep issue, I work nights and I hardly get any sleep to begin with and it sucks:hug2:

What have you tried and such...I know alot of all natural vitamins that aid in sleep and a few tricks...
 
lol, it's not that I can't sleep. It's that I don't have the time to sleep! Always go go go and no time for relaxation. lol. I absolutely have no issues sleeping when I can just lay down and rest. :D

Actually, I have a friend that can't ever fall asleep. So any tricks you have I would love to pass on to him. :)

Tell him to masturbate before he goes to bed. And, if that doesn't work, tell him to drink some Nyquil. And, if that doesn't work either, tell him to slip an unwashed, unpeeled carrot into his butthole and sit on it for a while. What will that do? Nothing...I just want your friend to put a carrot in his hole.
 
I broke a record for myself... a 4 lb loss this week!! :D Woot woot. I hope the scale's not teasing me. That bastard.

WOOHOO! 4 pounds?!? thats amazing! Keep it rolling! You can get through the next 3 weeks, and OMG, what if you lost 4 pounds each of those?!? that'd be awesome.

LOL... omg that would be so awesome. BUT, I highly doubt that would happen!! I'd be happy at just 2 pounds a week for the rest of the challenge. :D After my body slowed down on the scale it freaked me out so to see a 4 lb loss was incredible!!

That's cool we have so much in common. I wish I was at your point in the weight loss. Right now I'm at 182!! Getting closer and closer. :D

My birthday is September 14th, I'm a virgo, and I used to be a blonde.... I live in Salt Lake here in Utah..

I know! Trust me, I was in your position for a long time and you will get to where I am! I think the only difference for me from those 10 pounds was inches off everywhere, EXCEPT my stomach, grrrr!

Ya know... My stomach is still my hard spot! I feel like I still have a prominent "tube" as I call it, most other people refer to it as a muffin top. Hopefully as I lose more it will start to get smaller and eventually fade away. It's something I've ALWAYS had, my entire life, even when I was thinner. lol. So, i'm curious to see what will happen with my stomach in months to come.

I see your goal is 145, which is near what I'm aiming for. It's hard to chose a goal weight for me, because I really just want to be healthy and happy in my body. I have no idea what weight I will be at when that happens. lol. It's all a waiting game.

I know, I think "muffin top" is the word I use for mine too... It's like an alien that won't go away....

Yeah, you know, 145 is just a guess of what I want to be.. I ordered my medical records last week from when I was 18 and a size 6-8. At that time I was 152, so I feel 145 should do the trick. Honestly, I really don't want to be really too thin. I like meat, not fat, and thats my goal. We can wait together! yay! You too and I have a Diary under BansheeBabe's Diary! I have only posted three but so far, so good!

I was actually thinking about doing that exact same thing... pulling my records to see where my weight has gone from. It's kinda cool, and sad, at the same time. lol. I'll wait for a day when I'm more psychologically ready to take on that battle.
 
Trust me, I was so ready to find out, just I felt like I wasn't losing a neverending battle. Having an attainable goal in mind and having it on paper, was almost like I can touch it rather than have it be a figment of my imagination.... But I completely understand... it is kinda sad too...

Another week has almost come to and end... It goes so fast!! Not that much progression on the scale this week. Hopefully come Monday, weigh in day, I will be at a proud loss.

The challenge is right around the corner and it's super exciting!! I hope loads of people check it out, join, and get as excited as I am to participate.
