Day two was pretty damn good.

I drove all the way to my night class, was there for about 15 minutes, and then an instructor informed us our class was cancelled. I was excited, I could...do something! I had something people like to call... Free Time. I mean, I haven't really had too much of this "free time" before... lmao.

I had an excellent dinner... I tried to count it as accurately as possible it's just a lot harder when you go out to eat. I really am not a fish eater, but I figured I would try something new, so I went with pan seared tilapia and grilled shrimp. It was actually pretty good fish. I also had some asparagus and BEER. :D Just one glass. ;)

I did my day 3 of the 30 day shred. I have no idea why but man it was a lot tougher last night than any other night. lol. I was just sweating like crazy! I also worked out for an hour watching some tv at home. All in all a pretty good workout.

asparagus... amazing. has become one of my FAVORITES. weird huh? looooove asparagus these days. Sounds like you had a wonderful dinner !:biggrinjester:

Unfortunately, I had some awesome workout plans for this evening that fell through. I only managed a bit of dvd. At least it's better than nothing!! I was planning on doing an additional hour to my recorded show but my cable went out... Boooo!! Better be working tomorrow, dammit. lol

Oh well, I'll go to bed early for once maybe and be energized enough for a full day of classes.

I'm also in a "Biggest Loser" Challenge at the gym that lasts until April 15th, so it's just about the same time frame. This is going to be a great challenge.
 
Alright... I'm starting to get a little discouraged because I haven't seen any change on the scale yet this week. I really wanted to finish out my work challenge with a bang! I'm hoping to at least pull two pounds out of my ass (litterally lol) to end this challenge. The final weigh in is on Tuesday. I've been pushing it pretty hard this week so far. I really don't want to find myself on a "plateau".

Today, however, was the only day I've ever felt good at a funeral. I got about 10 compliments from different family members on my weight loss. I thought it was funny how they wanted to know what I was doing... lol. Exercise, eating right, exercise, and repeat. It's kinda funny how people noticed even though I am unable to see a big difference in myself. I took the compliments and I smiled and it made me just that more motivated to finish getting off this extra weight.

I've found that it's taking more planning for my workouts lately. For instance, today. I had a funeral to go to so my hair is looking real damn good. After that I went to the gym and did my weights. I figured I would hold off on my cardio because my family is going to dinner in about an hour. If I did half my cardio before dinner then I would end up shower three times today because we are going out later tonight. lol. So, the plan is to go to dinner. Finish my cardio after that for about 75 minutes, then shower, and then head out to COSMIC BINGO. :D

That was confusing and probably TMI.

You're bizarre but I like it.

Yeah thanks guys... I'm trying to not get discouraged. It's just the first time I've been in this situation. I've heard people talk about it before, but I never actually thought you could workout for 10 hours a week and not see even a one pound loss.... lol. I still have a few more days so let's hope *crosses fingers* that I can see some results on the scale. :D

I haven't been able to get around to everyone's journals, there's just not enough time in a week to do that. lol.
