Awe thanks!! Y'all are sweet. How was your weekend? My bday was yesterday too. I had fun up noerth, had to come back a day earlier than planned given there's no snow up here to go riding lol.

my weekend was filled with evil naughty binging...
but im starting fresh on monday.
we had company over... and then of course
valentines day chocolate >=D

hahaha... That's no good. Mine had some evil naughty liquor involved. My eating was on point though. We'll see how it goes tomorrow at weigh in. Kinda nervous...
 
LOL... well thanks. That's exactly what I was thinking. :D

It went good at the weigh in this morning. My scale said I was two lbs lower than what I thought I was so I went with my gut... Still a 16 lb loss for the challenge.

20 more until my mini goal, 50 more until my final goal! :party:

Brandy- I was just reading your journal a bit. You sound crazy busy right now with all that school work. I'm just glad my classes aren't that stressful!! At least when your summer break comes it'll be well deserved! :D

I am crazy busy with it! But come summer... I will be on permanent vacation! WOOT. because I graduate this year. (as long as I can figure out how to test out of my computer class!)

I think this is the first week I won't lose lbs...

I kind of had a self-premonition about it. I have been eating salty things and will probably blame it on that. I'm a bit upset but I have to keep in mind these things will happen!

I'll keep on keepin' on...
 
Wow, you sound like you're doing really well. I'm kind of inspired by reading how well you've done so far. It gives me hope for when I start my own weight loss journey. I've always been good at starting up a healthy change for myself, but I've always had a problem with sticking with it. I'm sure that when I'm in need of a pick-me-up, I can come here, read how well you've done and then get myself back on track.

what can you do to combat salt!?? drink more water maybe?!? hmmm... now im worried... D: i cant keep my hands of the super thin tortilla chips... (at least they are a wee bit better than potato chips) just hang in there girl^^ or wait for me to catch up >=D

Soooo, I got a really fricken awesome workout in yesterday. :D

I did 40 minutes of elliptical in between classes and then after work I did my 40 minute strength and another 30 cardio... After I found out I liked my keys in my car, I ended up doing another 30 cardio while I was waiting for someone to come rescue me. Needless to say, I was spent. And it felt soooo dammmn gooooooood. ;)

I bet you slept like a baby! Nothing better than sleeping fitfully because of physical exhaustion!
