Let's rock this joint! So I'm reading the "Eat This Not That" book again. I am in complete awe! The healthy choices I thought I was making aren't really that good for me at all! This book is so informative... I've starting my healthy grocery list today too. I'm going to get everything I'll need for the week and then it'll be so much easier for me to avoid the crappy things. I'm going to prepare everything in advance and put it in tupperware so it's easy to grab n' go!
I'm going to get:
Spinach and Romaine
Yogurt
Tomato juice
Blueberries and Grapes
Nuts
Yay, I'm so on top of it.
