Hi guys,
My names Mick, im 21 years old and live in Australia.

During my teen years I was always very active, played sport and went to the gym 3-4 times a week. I had a very athletic build and my fitness levels were great. Since working I have stopped playing sport and going to the gym and have piled on a lot of weight.

In the last 3 years I have put on 22KG/48lb and my fitness levels are at an all time low.

I always used to be very confident in my appearance but now am not happy with it at all. People have started mentioning my weight and i try to joke about it but deep down i know that it upsets me.

I have been smoking tobacco for the last 4 years and drinking quite heavily and see that as a major contributor to the weight gain but am trying to give up the smokes and cut back on the alcohol.

My current weight is 97.7KG/214.9lb and i would love to get back down to around the 80kg/176lb and get my confidence back in my appearance.

Any help/tips is much appreciated!
