My name is Mickey and I'm a 17 year old male.
My current weight is 86.5 Kg / 190.3 pounds, I am 192cm tall/6'3 inches and feet.
I want to lose some weight and fat and gain some muscle, but I have no idea what I'm supposed to eat.
I mostly want to get rid of my man boobs.
My mother doesn't make extremely unhealthy food, but it's not what I'm supposed to eat.
I don't know how much weight I'm supposed to get rid of.

If the people here could help me with what to eat, when to eat and such that would be amazing.

(I also have a gym membership where i can go as often and long as i want)
