D-day tomorrow. I weigh myself for the first time! Phew i think i have gain weight, i have been really lazy and not done enough exercise. I have been drinking a lot of water, instead of fizzy and what not. Nervous, lol.
I will have a good think bout what i have done wrong and how to change it, and update my plan. i think i will make this a regular occurrence. it will help keep me focus. Okay see yous tomorrow.
