Ok, so it seems like my other diary has disappeared into the abliss, so I'm making this final diary, and I am going to stick with this one this time. I am proud to say that I am officially out of "binge mode" and am back on the healthy eating, exercise horse. The reason why I binged for so long is that I would always deny myself stuff that I love, such as chcocolate, ice cream, etc, so I deiced that when I really have a craving, I will just keep these things in moderation since going completely cold turkey led to my binging in the first place. I am really hoping to get back down to 119 pounds soon..I havn't gotten on the scale yet...but am going to when I feel that I have lost a little weight LOL. So anyways, food for today...
Breakfast: Weight Control Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal
Lunch: Healthy Choice Country Vegetable Soup, some blackberries and rasburry's
Snack: Granny Smith Apple
Dinner: Mexican Leftovers...Chicken, rice, refried beans, onions, and peppers all mixed together. YUMMY!
 
Hey everyone!! Just reporting on my food and exercise for the day..
Breakfast: Special K Red Berries, vanilla soymilk, water
Lunch: Tuna Noodle Casserole, salad with ranch dressing
Dinner: Sloppy Joe with one bun, smart balance butter on it (was toasted) salad with blue cheese dressing, drank water all day long
Exercise: Elliptical for 40 minutes, lower bosy workout today

How is everyone doing?? I'd love to hear from ya'll :)
 
Hi! I'm new here! Just wanted to say that the Edy's Light Ice Cream that's lower fat and calories is really good if you have never tried it, and it really will help satisfy those cravings with less calories and fat.
 
And Trader Joe's has these chocolate truffles that are really good and each one has only 50 calories. Also, getting the caramel or butterscotch rice cakes that Quaker makes helps when you get a sweet tooth.

As for me, I usually eat whatever I want one day a week. But I really try not to eat until I am stuffed on this day, because it is very easy for me to binge,

you don't even want to know how much food i am capable of consuming in one sitting--it's legendary.
