Thanks RNW! Glad to see ya back!

MJB - Yea the danone is in the yogurt isle, they have no fat kind or the regular kind I always buy the no fat kind and it's so yummy!!!
Now... Survivor, I'm a huge fan have been since It came on!! We make a night of it, it's pathetic really! LMAO. Man that Shane guy was a loop job, he drove me nuts, so rude and crazy at times, and a big baby when he lost!!!!!! I'm glad he's out!!!!!! LOL. I seriously thought he was going to lose it when he heard his name!! Terry, I like you didn't like him at first, but honestly, he's kicked butt in this competition so for that I feel like he kind of deserves it, I'm not a big Danielle fan or Arus, so yea i'd like to see Terry and Cirie in the end, she's worked her butt off also. Oh what will we do when it ends again!!! LOL.

Jess - Yoplait? Hmmm I will have to try that one, I'm always up for new! What's your favorite flavour? I love the strawberry. Good for you on the healthy shopping, I need to do that too!!!!!!! I had some mozza sticks last night with salsa while watching survivor! I couldn't help myself! Today back on track though!!!

I hear you about Survivor!! LOL Danielle is too much. Are her boobs fake? lol I didn't like Arus popping off to Terry last night, mammas boy. haha I think Terry has earned respect after finding the hidden immunity idol, and kickin butt on the challenges. It's unheard of! He deserves something, at least he got a car! I hope Cirie wins though. She's adorable and you can just tell that she is a genuine person that just wants a better life for her family. I really thought she was a goner early in the season and I am so glad she's still around. She's getting clever and playing the game well. I hope she stays! What's with next week? Danielle is trying to align with Terry? Cirie needs to drop Aras and get with Terry quick.
 
Ugh, I have no concentration today! Have to get 2 flyers out but i'd rather read diaries... don't they know that??? LOL. Maybe it's the midol i picked up, starting to kick in... oh happy days.

MJB - oh yes Danielle has the silly sisters going on for sure. I just don't think she deserves it. Terry or Cirie do for sure! Cirie is so cute, and her husband was adorable too, i was like omg what a sweet husband he's like your my hero!!!!!!! Loved that. Yea Cirie needs to get in with Terry, I though Terry had a hate-on for Danielle so I'm confused, I hope he doesn't play into it. I can't wait til next week!!!!
 
yall talking about mousse and meesse and yogurt, etc...

i like the whipped yogurt. and tho i have never tried it, you can make your own and it is supposed to be pretty darn tasty..dont know if it comes sug.free or fat free tho.

Silly sisters!! LMAO! Where did I hear someone call them "chesticles" at? I agree, Terry was burnt on her. Can't blame him. He tried to tell Courtney, and Bruce what was up way back, but no one would listen. Now they are out of the game. So I am sure that they will vote for him in the end. Being the outsider, the people who have made promises to one another will feel the most betrayed in the end and will vote for Terry out of spite. I agree, Cirie's husband was so awesome. Wasn't it great when Cirie caught a fish for wacky Shane on his birthday? I loved that.

I know that was super sweet of Cirie to catch a fishie for Dilrod Shane's birthday, I love her smile, so cute.

um didn't really have one (never really do when i'm working)

Water and more water

Lunch
Chicken burger from Wendy's but no bun
I had a french vanilla coffee to, couldn't resist.

Dinner -
I have no freakin idea, I always have a dinner dilemna
 
LOL... You DO always have a dinner dilemna. I just realized that now that you mention it. I always have the same problem. I never know what's gonna be for dinner til the very last minute!

and mmm. now i want some of that danone mousse! :)

LOL, I know it's brutal, we always have the dinner dilemna it gets a little irritating sometimes doesn't it!!! lol. I was actually organized yesterday and got my stuff ready for chicken quesadillas tonight, Yay! No dinner dilemna today!

Yea my goal, I'm 115 now, 3lbs away and I'm so proud of myself, I've worked my s'cuse the language but my f@#kin a@@ off for this and I'm almost there. I went to my hairdresser last night to get my hair lightened for the summer, and she gasped when she saw me, it scared me! LOL. She was like omg michelle you look fantastic how much weight have you lost??? Felt so good, and i've worked so hard for this so yea I'm proud.

Mothers day weekend was so busy, and tons of food and beer and wine. LOL. But i'm happy to report i'm still at 115 thank goodness!

Jaffa heaven

Michelle, Jaffa cakes are like heaven in a biscuit. And they're not that fattening, only 50 calories per biscuit, and they taste great. They're kind of spongey with orange inside and dark chocolate on top. I warn you, they're extremely addictive though!
