Mia's Diary - the birthday challenge

Oh wow, Tory, that idea sounds soooo awesome! I don't have a pipping bag but i bet it's also possible with just spoons? anyway, i'll totally try that!

I'm not the big nibbler though while studying (I'm gonna use these drops when i'm doing a movie night, that's the big snack problem!), main thing is that I just eat large portions and lust for fat when studying. The last few days were really hard, i've been studying non-stop from morning till evening, only taking breaks to work out or sort out family matters. I'm pretty exhausted, but I still have 2 more days of sh* to go before I can relax and lie back again ><
But, you read right, i'm back to doing sports! I went for a run on sunday and today, and yesterday I did pilates for an hour. Todays run was hard though, barely pushed through 5,5km, while I normally run around 7-8. Guess I should take a running break… Plus i hurt myself in both running and pilates, clotz that i am haha ^^' in pilates i did something to my left had, i can't use it for lifting or taking anything anymore, it just stings really bad, and i did something to my right calf, it super hurts when i stand on the tip of my foot (not in any other position though, so i could go running). Really weird, i hope both things calm down over the next few days.

In other news, i'm at 61,5kg again.. >__>
Sooo. Frustrated. And only 11 days to go till my birthday! I'm gonna finish my exam on thursday and embark on like a short-term kick-start diet like the military one. I know they're not great, but i NEED to get under 60 or i'll be sooo unhappy :( :( :(

Yay good for you for exercising again! I hate to admit it but I quit the whole running thing /: part of me regrets it the other half knows it wasn't for me. My boyfriend and I have both taken up the insanity work out and it seems to be working for us.

Let me know what you think of the yoghurt drops :)
