Hi guys!
I'm Meredith and I'm losing weight. I learned I got a job at Yellowstone National Park on May 31st and that was my motivation to lose weight. I'm leaving for Wyoming Tomorrow and I am now 16 pounds lighter.
I had a very depressed Minnesota winter and I drowned my sorrows in booze and food. The idea of living and working in such a beautiful place was more than enough motivation for me to get thin and fit.
I want to be able to hike and mountain bike in high altitudes. I also want my new friends, and potential new cowboy lovers will think I'm pretty! haha.
so my stats: starting weight: 180
Current Weight: 164
Goal: 130
I'm 20 years old and 5' tall. My very thinnest i was 117 pounds and every rib popped out and i was a size zero and quite anorexic.
130 I'm a size 2 or 4. I must be quite a dense gal.
so the past month and a half I've been eating well, no liquids but water, I walk, bike, jog, do hundreds of crunches, pushups, swim, whatever.
I gotta say, I feel wonderful. I really fear losing motivation. I still have 34 pounds to go. If I work hard, I can lose it before my job in Yellowstone ends on October 20th!
I'll post my progress when i have internet access and post pics of me in the beautiful mountains as well!
Cheers! This is a current pic of me.
