Has anybody heard/tried of of the no-grain diet?? I understand the logic behind it (many bodies can't digest grains/starches) but i don't know if this would be so healthy in the long run.
i tried it for about a week or so alond with exercise and i did loose a couple pounds (obviously, hence the lack of calories) and i was feeling find energy wise but it's pretty hard to keep up with.. i was eating mostly fruits, veggies, tofu, eggs, beans, nuts, yogurt etc.
