Men have Journals, Not Diaries

I started this week off really strong but the past few days have been absolutely horrible. I wouldnt be surprised if I gained weight this week.

Getting back on track tomorrow and hopefully I stick with it this time.

I am kicking butt this week. Only a couple eating slip ups but nothing to major.

Exercise has been pretty good as well. Hoping for a good number at the next RPG challenge weigh in.

Forget this week, just concentrate on the future, the past will only get you down!!! I'm rooting for you this week mate, seems like you could do with a bit of a boost!!!!

I hope your foot is not paining you so much!

The ankle is doing ok. Still pretty swelled up and sore though. I think I am going to try and make it to the gym next week. I can lift still but it will have to be upper boddy only. Any calories burned is better than nothing right.
