I weighed tonight and just about frieked! I've dropped two more pounds. I didn't expect that at all! :eek: :)

you have a sweet daughter! You have the right level of motivation, so keep up the good work.

She is sweet. I "rarely" get any special treatment around here, so I have to admit, it was nice. :D :p
You guys keep up the good work as well! Can't wait till we all meet our goals!!
 
Thanks, guys. I have no patience...lol, so the 2lb (though it wasn't much) was great to see. (or not see, rather! :p )
Got a brisk morning walk in this morning. The weather is cool out so it was a nice walk.
Wasn't really hungry, so I had a piece of toast for breakfast, getting ready to have a LQ meal.

:eek: 2 pounds not much?! Girl I almost had a stroke over a pound the other day! ANY loss is cause for great celebration in my book...so WAY TO GO!!

Woke up feeling terrible this morning, so I didn't have breakfast. I took my daughter to school, came home and laid back down. I didn't wake up until 10AM :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:
For "brunch" I had some tuna helper, 1 serving size= 290 cals with bread= 120 cals. ( I know, bread is not a "great choice") but... :eek:
Snack: Sugar free bar= 170 cals
Total so far::: 580 cals

Dinner plans: LQ Dinner
Snacks? not sure, if I "need" to snack, I'll probably pick something in the LQ line...
I'm trying to stay around 1,000 to 1,200 cals now, hoping to kick start some good weight loss. :cool:
