haha I knew it wasnt anything serious :)

yeah healing is a long process (and it feels even longer!) so once again good luck and good patience

I told my fiance that we could just get our marriage license and have that be it, but he knew that somewhere in me I still wanted a little something to happen and it was my practical side talking. He insists that we have a little something despite the cost, strange contemporary cake and all hehe.

Oh and I'm starting the Fat Smash Diet on monday (I guess today), and I'm totally excited. It'll be tough but it feels like a competition to show this book what I've got and I'm ready :). Hopefully this attitude lasts all 9 days through phase 1!
 
Yeah it would be nice to have a little something. I always joke about how when I get married I'm having a potluck! LOL... that way the food doesn't cost anything (besides the cake) WOO! Or if I got catering, do a buffet thing because I think it's cheaper than the plated meals. I don't want anything too much anyways, just a nice lil something. So I hope yours goes well and you get everything you want and at a good price :D

Just curious, what is this fat smash diet thingy? What do you have to do?
 
well it's divided into 4 parts (the last part being the rest of your life), and in each phase you introduce more foods. The first phase lasts 9 days and you can eat veggies (but no white potatoes or avocadoes) and fruits, and also oatmeal, brown rice, tofu, eggs, milk, water, tea, and a couple other things. So youre just dropping all the bad stuff out to ween yourself off of it during those 9 days and then it will all be reintroduced again.

Yeah, it worked well with my being vegetarian and I've got a soft spot for my bread and pasta...oh and coffee, so hopefully it will whip my diet into shape.

I'm happy with it so far, went for a long long walk and my stomach is full. My friend wanted to join me in it but when I told him he couldnt have his flavored propel he reacted like I threatened his life! hehe
 
Ahhhh, sounds interesting! I don't understand why you couldn't eat avocado's, there's nothing bad about them... they have the healthy fat the body needs. Other than that it sounds good. I know that first phase is only temp so as long as you get to reintroduce that, it sounds like a good plan! Good luck with it! (I have a soft spot for pasta as well!)

That was so funny about your friend! Propel is tastey but I'll stick to my water ;)

day 3 has ended and 4 has begun, and well yeah I want a sandwich
 
Holy cow, foccacia, YUM! I'm Italian so I knows all about that, lol. You can do it, don't worry! Be strong!

I'm doing a cleanse and today is the first day of a four day liquid diet... WOO! :p lol
 
well well well

I havent checked in in a while but things are going okay. I'm stopped that fat smash diet, wasnt making me feel too good and I gained weight on it (what the?). So I'm at 167, but I've been going to the gym Monday-Thursday and have really been enjoying challenging myself with crunches and whatever else I tihnk of doing on the off days. Instead of counting I just turn up the music and keep on going. Strange I really feel like I have dropped some inches but the weight hasnt showed it, I should have taken my measurements.
From my crude measurements I'm:
chest:38
waist:32
hips:42 (<damn you puerto rico)
 
travel *big sigh*

I went on vacation for 5 nights to boston and sadly boston has a lot of great restaurants and we tried them all! Ugh thankfully I walked everywhere or took the T, and also worked out in the morning. Seriously, chocolate raspberry tamale? Porcini mushrooms? Fusion cooking? Fresh baked breads? And then all that packaged in a romantic elegant environment? It's too much! I had a great time though, but it's time to get back to reality and to the daily grind.:)
 
okay so I joined a gym (non school gym) and I'm sooooo happy I did. I'll be going there tomorrow (saturday) to check the place out and get a schedule ready for all the classes I want to go to. My fiance seems to think that a "cowboy boogie" workout class would be good for me and I just started laughing. Really? Yeah...no. I would join if he were taking the class with me because I'm sure it would be worth it just to seem him dancing!! :rotflmao: Aww I love'm hehe
 
well well I haven't lost much weight but I've lost some! I'm at 165 (weighed myself yesterday at the gym). I thought I was doing not so well but that just brightened my day up a bit. I'm going to head out and get some gym clothes since my 1.5 outfits don't work well. Bye!
 
went to the gym and I died. Ohhh goodness that workout just killed me and made me feel like a whale. But, I'm going back for more!
 
Hey, sorry I haven't been on in a while! But, I'm back :) I won't be on so much until I'm done moving, but I'll still be on.

Good job on joining the gym! I gained a few pounds and I'm back up to 165. So once I move then I'll get back into things! Get back to my eating and exercising, woo!

Keep up the awesome work at the gym!
