OK, I been working out for a little over a year now.....I was showing some very positive results.
Well I guess I crashed, went into a funk, got caught up with family life, etc...About 4 weeks ago, and I have not worked out, ate like CRAP (McDonalds, Burger king,) etc....you know the sob story people.....
I was going to start again this past monday, but my wife had to work 14 hours Monday, Tuesday and Thursday I coach soccer, and Friday she was working another 14 hours, So I have to get home to the kids on Mon and Fri...so basically shot my plans to hell, since we have a gym at work and I work out after doing my job.
So looking in the mirror, seeing my gains disappear and my stomach re-emerging....Well sick of looking in the mirror....
Then during the week I came across this story of this lady named Jen that was 300Lbs at the age of 27 and got to 120Lbs (size 4) by the age of 30 and is now a Trainer herself.....Posted her story on the "articles" sub-header. I shared her great story with every person I know that is trying to get into shape.
So Starting on Monday, I am getting rid of the junk, Moving into the full health style, working out....Moving on.... I am pumped, I am excited, I am ready to get back into the groove.
Time to start the Journey again, time to get back into gear and stop feeling like crap.
